If you require a fourth (4th) separate bed for the 4 people staying in the apartment, it is possible for us to provide an additional bed (double sofa bed ). There is an additional fee of €38.00 to pay for the addition bed linens.

Our Apartment:
This is a Self Serviced apartment. We provides essential items to ensure you have a hassle-free start to your stay. Some items may need replacing by you during your stay.

For Your Stay:
We provide laundered & ironed linens, towels, tea towel, bath matt, kitchen cloth for your stay. If you require us to provide clean sets during your stay we can. Please ask for details (fees & info) before booking. We’ll be delighted to clarify.

We provide tea, coffee, coffee machine filters, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, body wash, shampoo & hand wash, and most importantly great ‘free’ wifi for use throughout your stay.

Essential Arrival Supplies:
We also provide ‘Essential Arrival Supplies’ such as toilet, kitchen towel papers & bin bags. If these items require replenishment during your stay you will need to replace them. Please remember this is a Self Serviced Apartment.

If they do not run out during your stay you do not need to replace them. We will replace the used ones after your stay.

Washer & Dryer Machines:
There are separate washing & drying machine for your use. These are situated in communal basement area. They are used by all apartments. There is no charge for using these. You will need to provide the washing machine tablets or liquid.



Our Apartment – General Info:
The dimensions are, inside – 95m2 (990sq feet).

The apartment is maintained by our Housekeeper & Co-ordinator extraordinaire, who prepares it immediately after the guests check out and it’s therefore available 24/7.


We use a safe key system for storing the apartment keys, which means you have no hassle access regardless of your time of arrival. We provide a short video (link) after booking, which shows ‘How This Works’.

We are available 24/7 if you have any urgent needs, which you must address immediately. We provide full mobile, email and contact details once you’ve booked the apartment.

We’re always looking forward to hosting great people. Email us if you require additional information or have budget challenges, which need support.

The apartment is located in Central Bruxelles minutes from the EU, is on the 3rd floor. We have continuously improved the apartment and its facilities with you, our guests, in mind. Our aim is to provide you with a fantastic home-from-home experience.

Access once inside our building complex is through a private front door, which leads you directly to the building lift. We have lights in the hallways so for those arriving after dark access is very easy and safe.

The lift will take you to the 3rd floor where your apartment is located. When you leave the lift, turn left and you’ll see the apartment front door.

There are no steps from the lift so those arriving with prams, wheelchairs or heavy luggage will have straightforward access. There are lights and switches by the lift and outside the from door for late night arrivals.

Once inside access to all rooms is on same level. It is very easy to move around when you are inside the apartment.


Access to the apartment is obtained through a set of keys, which are stored in a key safe close to the front door and easily accessible for guests.

Details for these are provided once the booking is confirmed and well in advance of your visit.

The apartment is available for short, medium or long-term letting and ideally suits business people, visitors, small groups or families with young babies or children on holiday. You can book for short, medium and long term rental periods. We really don’t mind.

This apartment is not available for parties or gathering during your stay, please do not book it if this is your requirement. If you do have a requirement for a family gathering do please discuss.

The apartment is located in the heart of Brussels where you can admire the prestigious Grand-Place and the icon of the city, the Manneken Pis; and is within walking distance of modern, office oriented EU quarter, which hosts the institutions of European Union.


The building is located in the heart of the European district, in an area that is exclusively residential. The European Commission, The European Union and Council of Europe are within 10 minutes’ walk. It’s ideal for people on secondment in the EU District.

The Place des Palais, the Palais de Justice, Bruxelles’s luxurious Sablon, Bois de la Cambre and the Bourse de Bruxelles are within 15 minutes travel time (tram & metro) of the apartment.

There are lots of shops, restaurants and café around the apartment for you to marvel in. The best grocery stores nearby are Delhaize & Colruyt, (5 minute walk) from the apartment front door.

Schuman metro & train station, are less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Your local bus stop, Margareta (bus 63) is one minute’s walk from your front door. These will take to Central Bruxelles leaving you 5 minutes walk from the Gran Place.

For those who enjoy walking there are many interesting places to go including Avenue Louise, Art Loi, Palais de Justice where you can take in the breath taking view of the city across to Anderlecht.

Alternatively, you can set off to the enchanting Bois de la Cambre. Once there make your way to the Chalet Robinson a 3-story, wood chalet restaurant with cocktail bar and a terrace overlooking lake, for excellent Belgian cuisine. Parc du Cinquantenaire, Parc de Bruxelles and Parc Josaphat are all located nearby if you fancy a walk closer to home.

There is an abundance of public transport (bus, cabs, trains & trams) within 1-10 minutes that provides access to local, national & international travels hubs (trains, planes & automobiles), Bruxelles’s many historic and beautiful attractions.

The apartment is located in the City of Bruxelles district 1000, Bruxelles noise is low. Street parking is limited but available, parking payments & restrictions apply.
For those preferring to use paid Car Parks there are several close by. Please ask for details.

There are several bike hire stations within 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment for those wishing to have a leisurely cycle around the capital. There are plenty car hire points close to the apartment if you need a car while in Bruxelles, google search is your friend.
