The flat is very central, which was great. It downside is that is very noisy at night with trucks, roadsweepers and drunken revellers making it hard to sleep.

Very nice location in the center. The apartment (TS2) was on one of the main shopping streets and with single glazed windows it was very loud at nights. Next time I will check if the other apartments they have are in a more quiet street.

In the hotel.com website dos not mention that it's a separate building from the hotel office. This apartment very tiny elevator hold only one person. The apartment was very big and spacious. However bathroom was bit odd. The bathtub and sink was together but toilet was totally in separate area. Other than surrounding was good, had supermarket near by and lots of halal food restaurants which I was looking for.

The property was quite dirty and out dated, creaky floorboards, separated toilet to bathroom which was quite far from each other, toilet was dirty inside and stained. We booked a 3 bed apartment with 4 people and shared one bathroom which was inconvenient and did ask to change however this wasn’t available. The property looks different in the pictures compared to in person and the rooms were so far from each other. 2 of the bedrooms were connected by a door so this was inconvenient at night when going to the toilet as the person would be disturbed. We also couldn’t get the TV to work even after asking someone about it. Basic apartment.

The tall ceilings were a nice feature. It was central very close to everything we wanted to see. Unfortunately the noise at night was loud and constant.

The location of our apartment for exploring the city was great, but overall I can only give 3*. We were on very noisy street, on a third floor of the building (no elevator) and we heard everything going on downstairs. The apartment is stocked with whatever you might need for cooking breakfast and dinner, adequate amount of cookware, plates and silverware is provided. Sometimes we couldn’t get hot water running, there is not enough electric plugs in the kitchen even for provided apliences, etc. These small things were a bit annoying since we stayed for a whole week. Overall price and location worked for us but things can be improved.

Great location but not what was advertised. The images on Hotels.com don’t match what you get. The hotel address given was a small office which “re-directed” us to our two bedroom apartment. A 5 minute additional walk to find. It was not the building as advertised in the pictures, and not the room we picked. Felt a bit shady. It was ample in size but not well kept. And the entry way to the apartment smelled like sewage.

No lift, but great apartment
The apartment is in a different location as the reception area (about 10 minute walk if you are new to the area and is lugging around luggages). The gentleman at the reception was very informative, except, he forgot to mention there is no lift (elevator) in the apartment building which meant hauling luggages up 3 flights of stairs (and these aren't your usual American sized stairs LOL). (The cleaning lady helped us out with our luggages, the poor girl). The apartment was clean, all the sheet were freshly laundered (I smelled and inspected them all)out, towels were clean, the toilet and shower are in separate locations (our unit had the shower inside the bedroom, and the toilet in the hallway, adjacent to the bedroom). Both areas were very clean. There were plenty of storage if you needed to sort out your clothes out of your luggages for whatever reason. There's an emergency set of toothbrush in case you forget yours, and a hairdryer and iron/board which was a great help for my button ups. The kitchen was very clean and organized, and the TV had both Dutch, French, and English channels. Apart from the steep steps, this was a great stay.

A good value for the money.
An excellent place to stay if you are traveling with a family. The complex is centrally located, near shops and markets, plus hosts a full kitchen.. Noisy at times since it is near major entertainment , but nothing we could not handle. I recommend, and definitely will use this service again.

Checked in at address provided, however just a front for lots of apartments. Had to walk to different location for my room. About 7minutes walk, accommodation was great, couldn’t ask for better, lots of room, full kitchen facilities, comfy bed. Apartment located in Rue De Laeken 71.
