"Unfortunately, we didn’t check to see that the pool was available to guests without a reservation. Seems strange that they highlighted photos of the pool but you have to make a reservation and pay a fee to use the pool, for a limited time. The pool and hot tub are within the Spa. Breakfast, the lounge and bar areas are beautiful, warm and friendly. This place is not within walking distance of the town and taxi services are limited. "Our stay mostly consisted of roasting like a turkey on Christmas Day throughout every night. Shoddy air con at best. We asked for the air con to be fixed before finding out that it was actually supposed to be working fine. Room temp was approx 100 degrees. I asked for fan at front desk and they laughed in my face and said "it's so hot". Asides from that room was big, cleaning was minimal but beds were made. Nice enough breakfast. Spa was good but ironically actually not that warm. "
