Dijver is a unique loft located right in the main center just 300m from the market square with a sneaky view of the canals. Closer to the center isn’t possible! "Dijver" is so centrally located that you can really call this a one-of-a-kind hidden place. It’s also the only unit in the building that makes sure you will not be disturbed by neighbors and such. Total privacy! The decoration was based on the old days with a luxurious touch which creates a really cozy vibe.
This gem is situated within a 5-minute walking distance of all famous sites, attractions, and restaurants within this amazing world-heritage site and even has a slight view of the canals and tourist boats of Bruges.
This charming typical Bruges house was sympathetically restored in 2014. We thought it was important that this holiday home should retain its individuality, charm, and character. Furthermore, it is modern and comfortably furnished with an eye for detail. Oh yes, the bedding is fan-tas-tic. In fact, it's so good that you may have trouble getting up in the morning. But once you do, the entire city center of Bruges is at your feet. And of course, there is a lot to see in Bruges.
During your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy a setting where we combine the best of all. The kitchen is equipped to prepare some good food which you can enjoy at the dining table. Just rewind in the living area where we focus on enjoying time together. Gather around in one of the big chairs or sofas while you read a book, play a game, drink some wine, or watch television. The options are limitless!
Both bedrooms have a fantastic king-size bed. We provide high-quality bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Across the room, you’ll find the renovated yet authentic bathroom with a lovely shower. Important to mention we also provide bath linen and bathroom essentials such as shampoo and hand-wash.

ACCESSIBILITY
You can easily reach the house by public transport and car. Luggage can be unloaded comfortably at the doorstep for a few minutes and park your car afterward at parking Pandreitje.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is a bus stop in front of the apartment. Busses leave from the front of the station at perron 1 and you must get off at the stop “Brugge Dijver”
You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost around 10-15 euros.
PARKING
Parking is possible in the public underground parking “Pandreitje” (Costs around 1(€ / 24 hours) and is a 230 m walk from the house.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, which includes the hall, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and bathroom. The apartment is entered by a private entrance via a smart lock. The instructions are provided shortly in advance
We always try to welcome you in person, but after the check-in, we respect your privacy 100%! This said we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have.
Important to mention is that we offer a wide range of extra services such as bikes, local tips, taxi services, and so much more so please don't hesitate to ask.
The house is located in one of the UNESCO named inner parts of Bruges where the horse carriages pass the front door. This provide an amazing experience and feel with the history of Bruges.
On a 5-minute walk you'll reach the cathedral, the belfry and every other must-see & do. Even closer, on a 3-minute walk is the "Groeninge Museum" which provides a varied overview of the history of Belgian visual art, with the top-class paintings by the world-renowned Flemish primitives.
Without good food is nothing possible but luckily these are once again found within a 5/10-minute walk. From Breakfast to Lunch to High Tea or Diner. Belgian waffles, excellent coffee, typical Belgium food or a top restaurant. All our local and handpicked tips are provided upon confirmation of your booking.
For those who want to do shopping or walking, the Location is also excellent as you are once again within a 5-minute walking distance of the canal & main shopping streets.
Need a fresh sea breeze? The Belgian coast and sea can be reached in 20 minutes by car and is one of my favorite things to do after a few days Bruges.

We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. We also appreciate taking off your shoes when entering the building!

- We provide soft and thick bath towels. One large & one small per person.
- We provide a Nespresso machine and a few capsules to start your day
- We provide shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
- We provide a few starter supplies including olive oil, salt & pepper, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, kitchen towel and a kitchen sponge. kitchen paper and trash can with bags etc

- Smoking is not allowed with us.
- We do not allow parties.
- Pets are allowed, but require an additional cleaning fee
- We ask all our guests to respect the quiet hours between 11pm - 7am.
- We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own.
- Pets are allowed, but due to allergies of many guests, we are required to do some extra cleaning to give everything a thorough clean. That's why we have a pet fee
1. Check-In/Out Times:
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
If you need some flexibility, let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Exceptions can be asked. Luggage storage before or after is always an option.
2. Parking:
Please park your car in one of the public underground parkings (safe and cheap, 15 euro/24 h). Unloading can be done in front of the building.
Please note that you could incur a fine of up to 40 e for breaking neighborhood parking regulations.
3. Respect the Peace—No Parties:
Keeping noise levels down, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you experiencing any neighbor complaints.
4. Smoke-Free Stay:
Our home is a strict no-smoking zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment.
5. No Extra Guests:
If you plan to have visitors during the day, no problem. But please make sure the only guests who stay overnight are those listed in your reservation.
This helps us follow local ordinances on maximum occupancy and keep our home comfortable and safe for everyone.
6. Trash and Recycling:
We appreciate your help in separating recyclables: [see checkout mail day before checkout].
This small step makes a big difference to the environment and will help us avoid a fine.
7. Handling Damages:
Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can take care of it.
8. Simple Clean-Up:
Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you've used, so our housekeeper doesn’t have any extra work to do when preparing for our next guests.
But please don’t feel you have to strip the beds or wipe the floors, we’ll take care of that!
