Charming and full of character
We booked a four night stay over Christmas, celebrating a 50th birthday and the festive holiday.The property was charming and in a fantastic location, close to the centre of Brugge making access to the Christmas markets and sights convenient.We made the property hyggelig by decorating with some fairy lights, a mini Christmas tree and Christmas table centerpiece which really brought out the character of the house and Brugge.Brugge is lovely at Christmas and we found the bars, cafes and restaurants all mostly open on Christmas Day.The property host was very responsive to queries over the stay and I would highly recommend it.It is worth noting that a tea and coffee machine is provided but you will need to supply all of your own amenities including tea and coffee. There is a trapdoor to the basement that you should be aware off, particularly if you have young children. There are loads of great cafes and bars in very close proximity. A visit to The House of Waffles is a must! The Halve Maan Brewery tour was great and a trip up the Belfort Tower gives you great views over this charming historic town. It’s like a fairytale!

Lovely house in a great location.
We loved our long weekend in Bruges and the accommodation was perfect. Easy waking distance to all the sights, great restaurants and beer tasting establishments. Would highly recommend. Two particular favourites were De Kelp for drinks and Lion Belge for dinner.
