Summary:
Welcome to this beautiful and cosy ranch where you can enjoy the panoramic farm landscapes located in the neighborhood of Bruges and picturesque Damme. This stunning place consists of 5 different rooms between which you can choose. Each room has a private bed and bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. There is also a beautiful and spacious shared dining area with kitchen where you can meet other people.

The Space:
This room belongs to one of the four guest rooms within the guest house. There are three other rooms within the house. You can also use the common and well equipped kitchen. The family room is a double room with in one room a double bed and in the other room a spacious sitting room with sofa bed and with a beautiful view on the polders. There are two bathrooms. The room has free Wi-Fi. In this room it is possible (on request) to place a baby bed.

Please note that there is no TV available in the room. We accept bookings starting for two nights and more.

The proximity of a local bar adjacent to the rooms at the manege adds vibrancy to the atmosphere, attracting those who enjoy lively surroundings. However, it's worth noting that the presence of the bar can contribute to occasional noise

Bruges is not just one of the gastronomic centers of Europe. Two renowned Bruges schools – Spermalie and Ter Groene Poorte – train culinary talent that is causing a furore internationally. Bruges residents like to drink a pint and the 500-year-old Café Vlissinghe with hundreds of beers on stock is a good example of this. The city can therefore boast of a few beers, which are brewed locally. Right in the historic city center you can visit the De Halve Maan brewery and the Bourgogne des Flandres brewery. De Halve Maan is a family business with a tradition of six generations of brewers since 1856. Here, among other things, the Brugse Zot, the official city beer, is brewed with passion.

The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in its own name and on its own account.

LINEN IS PROVIDED BY THE OWNER:
The owner of this accommodation provides high-quality bed and bath linen as part of the reservation total upon confirmation. One set of bed and bath linen per person, per stay. More can be ordered during your stay.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.

HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.

CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price. However, we do ask all guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy state to respect our hard-working cleaning colleagues.

INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.

MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.

Sehr unzufrieden
Aufenthalt nicht möglich, da mir der Code für den Zugang gefehlt hat. War nicht bekannt! Kontaktaufnahme zu Huswell nicht möglich, schon einige Tage davor! Sehr undurchlässig die Nachrichtenweitergabe! Nie wieder! Selbst die Kontaktaufnahme zu fewo war nicht befriedigend. So eine unzuverlässige Buchung hatten wir noch nie, und haben dies schon öfters gemacht. Ich stand dort mit Kindern und wir hatten nichts! Hier teilweise Angabe von einem Stern, jedoch überwiegend kein Stern....war jedoch nicht möglich. Jetzt bin ich gespannt ob überhaupt eine Reaktion auf diese Bewertung kommt oder das doch nur so ist. Ich bitte dann aber auf deutsch, war ja auch von Anfang an meine Angabe, ansonsten dürfen Sie das nicht anbieten!!!

Jugendherberge statt Ferienwohnung
Wir sind auf das Inserat bei Fewo hereingefallen. Auf Fewo wird eine Ferienwohnung angepriesen. Vorgefunden haben wir eine Art Jugendherberge, die mehrere Zimmer vermietet. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Rest der Wohnung (Wohnküche inkl. Kühlschrank, Terasse etc.) wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Im Inserat ist es nirgends ersichtlich und wird auch nicht erwähnt, dass es sich um mehrere Zimmer handelt die vermietet werden. Es findet auch keine Erwähnung, dass es sich um Gemeinschaftsräume statt privater Nutzung handelt. Leider war bei Anreise auch niemand erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Wohnküche war schön eingerichtet. Auch die Terasse war nett. Man hat jedoch nirgend seine Privatsphäre und seine Ruhe. Direkt neben der Wohnung, praktisch im gleichen Gebäude, befindet sich zudem eine Bar. In der ersten Nacht wurde dort lautstark bis in die Morgenstunden gefeiert. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. In der zweiten Nacht ging es gediegener zu. Danach sind vorzeitig abgereist.
