"Very happy with our stay here, preferable to our previous night at a nearby very pretentious and overpriced previous Abbey! We’re heading home again now after a week in the languedoc and needed a rest stop on our return journey. Would happily stay again with this hotel. "

"We stayed one night on our way to the south of France. The setting is magical, in the woods, on the edge of a little town and with lovely animals. The host was very friendly. She recommended a great local restaurant. "

The host was great, very friendly and cooked us and other guests an excellent, tasty meal. We had a very good evening all chatting and enjoying the ambiance. "will not use again...nobody on reception at 5pm...had to check in from outside on digital pad...room cleanliness ok...but blocked sink so had to wash hands in shower...no one there to sort out...totally unaceptable...will always use ace hotels across road...far better....lady at breakfast was helpful...shame she is neimg let down by management"
