The Penny House: CLEAN with garage, one block from trails & stores

Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bath house completely remodeled top to bottom with all amenities you would need. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed in the lower level of the house, bedroom 2 is a full size bed in the upper level of the house, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds in the upper level of the house. The house has two air conditioning units (Seasonal). Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. One car long garage to park vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles and water crafts. The garage is especially useful in the event of unexpected mechanical issues where working indoors will keep you out of the elements. The house is fully accessible to 585 miles of ATV trails, 3000 miles of snowmobile trails, 30-45 minutes from multiple ski hills, Porcupine Mountain National Park, Bond Falls, Agate Falls, and hiking trails. The house is a block away from the snowmobile and ATV trails, grocery store, gas station, restaurants and bars.

Great little cabin near lots of activities
Well put together cabin that is near facilities, if you need something it's a 2 min walk to the co op, but still away from everything. We used it as a central point for the various trailheads and access points for a week of hiking and wildlife photography.
