"Comfortable room with shared breakfast room. Walk to old town further than expected but was good exercise. Having to walk to a cafe to get a croissant for breakfast is not my idea of B&B. Enjoyable stay overall."

"Very easy to find and just 15 min walk from Port Trapani bus stop. Flexible check in and absolutely superb friendly and helpful young lady Francesca to welcome you like a family. Breakfast choices are selected by Whatsup message and all tasted great (particularly pastries). The hotel is in historic area short walk from the pedestrian only main “action” streets. "The B&B is basic but was clean and the host was very friendly with information on where to visit and eat. It is clean and the hosts were friendly and offered a number of homemade panini and cakes for breakfast. It is definitely a personal opinion, but the mattress in the main room (never checked the twin beds) was super uncomfortable). Thank you Nicola! Note that we ended up here because when we arrived to the B&B Le 5 Torri in Trapani we realized that the amenities promised were not available...

"10 minute drive to San Vito, 30 mins to Lo Zingaro. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Only negative was check in - advised to contact the property 72 hours in advance to organise but got no response. Website said front desk only manned till 1.30pm so had to make sure we were there by then. "

"Friendly and helpful staff but the place is a bit run down. There is a strong smell of cleaning products and the room on ground floor is very damp and moldy. I'd recommend looking in the never part of town; east of the train station "

"Beautiful location overlooking a valley. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. There's a pool which is nice to have especially with young children. not very central although this wasn't a problem for us as we had a car. Room was spacious and clean, overlooking a terrace with views."

"The resort is beautiful, it’s secluded and private. The pool has a pretty view and there is bar service while you enjoy. The staff is incredible; we were there the night of the wildfire. We didn’t have our own car so The staff drove us down the mountain to safety. They are an excellent team and unbelievably accommodating and kind. "

"We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit."
