Bedroom 2 has access to the side deck through a sliding door.

Broulee Beach and surrounds
The villa is approx 500m from the patrolled South Beach at Broulee. There are other beaches that may suit as well - Shark Bay and at North Beach. There are easy walking/cycling paths along Coronation Drive to North Beach and down to South Beach and around the point to Shark Bay.
A very interesting and easy walk (between 1-2 hours) around Broulee "island" is a must.
Also in the vicinity is the Bengello Beach forest walk.
Nearby attractions
Moruya, known for its supply of limestone for the building of the Sydney Harbour Bridge is 12km south of Broulee. Each Saturday morning there is an outdoor market on the bank of the Moruya River. Batemans Bay is 20km north, with a huge variety of shops, restaurants and other facilities. Nearby at Mossy Point you can experience the famous "Muffin Shop and Gallery". A short drive north, about 10 km, is the village of Mogo. An abundance of shops and cafes, as well as the very famous Mogo Zoo and the historic Gold Mining town, are found here.There are many popular beaches along the drive to Batemans Bay via George Bass Drive. The Tomakin Sports Club is just 5km north and is a very popular Club with varied dining experiences and many other club facilities.
