"The house was great for our family who travelled from four different parts of the country to celebrate my husband's birthday. Access from the motorway was very straightforward. The communal areas in the house were warm and welcoming. The bedrooms, each with their own en suite, were well-appointed and comfortable. "The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it."
