In a small village, house adjoining an old agricultural building (not used) comprising on the ground floor: entrance, living room with wood stove, kitchen/dining area, 1 bedroom (2 twin single beds - 1 single bed 1 baby bed), shower room/WC, shower room, WC. 1st floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (closed 2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 relaxation room (with games, TV...). 1 WC.

Gas/wood heating. Small lawned garden with covered terrace at the front of the house and enclosed courtyard with lawn and games, flowered with awning at the back of the house. Near Ray-sur-Saône, a small town of character in Franche-Comté, church, chapel, calvaries, wash houses... Pretty viewpoints, walks.
