The cottage ARTHEMISE is located in a charming village of Haute-Saone BROTTE the RAY (80 inhabitants), calm tranquility. m
House built in the 1800s, adjacent to an agricultural building that is no longer used.
Before an unfenced flower lawn court, swings for children .A covered terrace with garden furniture. The house: a ground floor entrance, a corridor leading to a very equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, clack click wood stove, games, internet, telephone, 1 bedroom with 2lts close (80/200) 1lt for 1 person + 1lt bb. 2 bathrooms with sink basin + shower (1 toilet in a shower), a small corridor leading to the back of a flowery courtyard (with blind) and a shaded lawn, close with games for children, casual + 1 garage .
At 2chs floor (ch 1 to 2 lts 1pers, c 2 1 lt for 2 people) 1 lounge with television, phone, games, books, dvd player, ifi chain, 1wc independent. Gas central heating (metered).
An ideal place to relax, to find the simple joys of the countryside village border by the vannon you can fish, its forest (for beautiful walks (mushroom picking) its renovated fountain, its chapel.Brew the RAy his story with the lords from RAY (Ray small city of character to 5kms) Saone, beautiful ballades with bicycle edge of Saone, fishing)


the towels are not provided, nor the kitchen linen, possibly I can provide 3 € 50 per person for towels.

Wow! What a beautiful Gite in the Haute Saone, comfortable and well equipped very hospitable owner
We loved our stay here in the Haute Saone, so many villages nearby to explore. The owner was very kind and hospitable and we were very comfortable and warm, the Gite has everything you could need especially if you have children. The house was quite big and cosy with a living room upstairs and had wifi and lots of games and toys. You will need a car staying there in a little town, but supermarkets etc. are not far away. Highly recommended!

Gite rural de qualité
Très belle prestation : maison spacieuse avec de beaux espaces verts. Le fait que les lits soient prêts est un vrai bonheur ! La propriétaire est une dame charmante, qui nous a accueilli avec des spécialités locales. La région est très belle : randonnée et découverte d'un très riche patrimoine culturel (on est entre Langres, Besançon et Dijon). A recommander sans restriction !

La maison est très agréable, calme et spacieuse. Tout y est, fer à repasser, toaster, barbeque, chaises longues, DVDs pour les petits, etc. Notre petit de 4 ans pouvait courrir partout en sécurité. Les environs ont beaucoup de coins sympas à visiter. A conseiller pour des vacanes en famille.

Merveilleux séjour
Super accueil de la propriétaire (avec des petits cadeaux à l'arrivée, des produits de la région) et superbe maison. Spacieuse, bien équipée. Jardin clos, idéal pour les enfants avec les jeux (balançoires, etc...) et les chiens qui ne risquent pas de se sauver. On peut manger dehors, sur les tables de jardin et se reposer dans les fauteuils. L'intérieur avec le salon détente et ses nombreux jeux et livres, permet aux petits comme aux grands de trouver leur bonheur. La literie est très bien et le "plus", c'est les lits faits à notre arrivée. Cuisine bien équipée. Séjour très agréable en bord de Saône, idéal pour les pêcheurs, au calme dans cette région très jolie. Propriétaire au top !! Un grand Merci à elle pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils pour découvrir la région. On reviendra !

Calme et repos
Maison très bien équipé, comme à la maison. La propriétaire très gentille et disponible si besoin. On a passé un moment très agréable en famille. Chacun sa chambre. La chambre familiale en bas est très appréciable pour les jeunes enfants, pas besoin de monter ou descendre les escaliers. A l'étage un WC, très appréciable pour ceux qui se lèvent la nuit!! Le grand salon en haut avec des livres pout tous le monde, la télé, des jeux pour enfants, une belle surprise pour nous. Merci Mme JOLY, pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Au calme
Un très beau séjour avec un accueil aussi généreux que sympathique. Une maison spatieuse qui offre tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin, un jardin très agréable. Un grand calme et des activités de plein air à faire à quelques kilomètres. Nous étions cinq (quatre enfants et un adulte) et nous sommes sortis de notre séjour en pleine forme et bien ressourcés. Et on serait bien resté une semaine de plus. 🤗

De nombreuses visites à proximité. La propriétaire est très sympathique et la location est spacieuse. Pour les amoureux des randonnées pédestre aussi bien que cyclistes. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Maison très fonctionnelle dotée d un réseau wifi ultra performant. Un jardin clos assez grand idéal si vous avez un chien. Calme et repos sont au rendez vous. Un accueil hyper gentil et hors norme de la proprietaire. Un garage assez grand. Tout est parfait.

Prima huis om te verblijven, echt frans. Vooral de tuin is heerlijk met op elk uur van de dag schaduw en/of zon. Voldoende kookspullen aanwezig (behalve braadslee maar die is nu wel aanwezig omdat wij hem vergeten zijn) en gasbbq in de tuin is erg handig en gezellig!! Binnen niet echt een comfortabele bank aanwezig. Boven wel stoelen en bank maar met een hond erbij ga je daar niet snel zitten. Wij leefden toch vnl buiten. Niet heel veel te doen in omgeving, ideaal als je van rust houdt. Leuke steden op minimaal uur rijden. Gastvrouw erg vriendelijk en mag altijd gebeld worden bij vragen/problemen. Wifi prima maar alleen in huiskamer en benedenslaapkamer. Goede bakkers en supermarkt op 10 minuten rijden. Als je niet teveel gesteld bent op luxe is het zeker een aanrader!

Fijn gemakkelijk huis, slaapkamer beneden met goed bed, complete keuken, in tuin altijd wel zon (als deze schijnt). Misschien een verbeterpunt: tuin aan de voorzijde zou met een afrastering en een hek van de weg kunnen worden afgesloten. Mooie rustige omgeving.
