"Two hours before check in I received a text that the owner cancelled our reservation. Claimed a system error let me book when the unit was already booked. However, that didnt stop him from charging my credit card. After contacting him numerous times for a refund he assured me he had spoken to VRBO ..."

It was a decent hotel. It was safe and wasn’t scummy. The people above us were very loud at 1am but wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Some of our towels had some black stains on them. The breakfast was kinda very disappointing.

Honestly I worked 10 hours a day and after getting to my hotel room, cleaning up and eating , I slept a lot. Brookville seems like a nice town, I was just too busy to really look around.
