Beautiful Home in Town With Boat Parking

Enjoy all of Brookville and the surrounding area from this cozy historical home. Filled with history, this home was once a beautiful showplace, forgotten and neglected for many years it nearly disappeared. After several years of hard work and dedication it has been completely renovated. I am proud to present and share it with the community. With many additions to come, there is much to love currently. Whether your stay is business or pleasure, you are sure to love what this home has to offer.

A great place for a friend group to stay during a trip to Brookville Lake. The circular drive was boat friendly, as advertised. The large family room is very comfortable. A great place to stay.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group. We played in the yard, enjoyed the outside space, took a trip to Brookville Lake for the day and grilled out at the house at night. The place was spacious and clean! Thanks for allowing our crew to make memories there.
