Enjoy the good life on beautiful and quiet Sweezey Lake. Lots of outdoor space with private walking trails and abundant wildlife. Newly renovated interior with great lake views. Enjoy cool lake breezes on the screened-in porch or the hot tub and fire pit on a cool night. Get on the water (except during the winter) with a private dock, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and paddle boat. Lots of other great amenities - gas fireplace, RV water and electric hookup (please coordinate with owner in advance if you intend to bring RV), tent platform, porch TV, EV charger, and bikes.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, biking, hiking and the use of non-motorized boats ("Outdoor Activities") is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from Outdoor Activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that Outdoor Activities may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person with health risks, or engaging in Outdoor Activities while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to wear life jackets while on or in the water. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. All guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and owner. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. Great Easter Trip
The property was exactly as pictured and described, and the owner was readily available and easy to communicate with. We were allowed to check in early and the property was great for our extended family egg hunt! Will definitely come back!

Clean and quiet on a nice little lake
Clean cottage with great lake views. It was a little colder than we anticipated, but we still tried to get out and enjoy the property as much as possible. The nature trails were nice for a little walk.

Awesome property, great small sports lake. Dan was an awesome host, theres more than enough to enjoy between the acreage and the included water amenities. I have family in the area and this was a great spot to call home for the week.

The. Cottage was clean & bright with all the amenities. The hot tub & gas fire were wonderful.Who ever thought of the door to close off main living from bedrooms was genious, specially for early to bed & rise folks.The trails and the view were just lovely.We were a busy graduation family group that so much enjoyed the property!

Great Stay
Very Clean and spacious home with great waterfront and property. We caught a bunch of fish right off the fock. Was with my somewhat disabled father. He was able to get down to the water with little trouble. Would be a great stay for families. Had everything we needed. Great stay!

Girl's weekend
The cottage was the perfect place for our girl's weekend. We took advantage of the beautiful weather to kayak, have a bonfire and enjoy the hot tub. The cottage was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and close enough for DoorDash to deliver. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lake Sweezey and would definitely return.

Great Weekend
The house and amenities are exactly as listed. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with all the needed utensils. My group loves to cook and we had great time. Very nice property at the end of dead end road which made it private and peaceful.

BOOK THIS HOME!!
This house was stunning, we loved every bit of our stay!! They have everything you can think of, plus more!! The screened in porch was definitely our favorite! We went during the middle of a storm and who else can say that they were able to eat dinner, watching tv in the down pour rain! We 100% will be back, thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

This is super clean and updated. I loved the screened in porch, hot tub, walking the trails in the morning, kayaking and using the paddle boat everyday. I even tried the paddle board since I never tried before! I saw so many deer. This is definitely a nice spot!

Such a relaxing stay!!!
We had a fabulous time! Between walking the property, kayaking, sitting by a fire at night and chilling in the hot tub, I can’t pick which we enjoyed the most because they were all wonderful!!! If it had been a little warmer we would have also made great use of the screened in porch. We found that even though Manchester is small, it has some great places like the market, the distillery and the diner. The diner had amazing breakfast!! We also really enjoyed the indoor space. The views of the lake from the bedroom were awesome. And sitting by the indoor fire was also very nice. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Lovely location
Nice home on a beautiful lakefront lot that had everything we needed and then some. There was wood stacked and ready in the fire pits, fresh flowers and cookies in the kitchen, and a jar of treats for our dog. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat, and had fun by the fire watching the bats — who kept the yard free from bugs! The host was very responsive. We would stay here again!

Wonderful time at Sweezey Lake!
Dan has thought of everything! We really enjoyed our stay. Flowers and cookies were a nice greeting, beds are comfortable, plenty of towels for everyone. Newer life jackets of various sizes and all the things they show in the pictures. We loved watching the hummingbirds come to the feeder. We will be back!

Everybody was happy here!
Upon arrival, flowers and cookies were left for us. Family had access to wifi, paddleboat, paddleboards, & firepits. Fully equipped screened porch for the rainy times. Everything was super clean. Neighbors were super friendly and inviting (even offered a boat ride). Easy check in & check out. Kids said they would like us to book this one again.

Peaceful little spot
My family and i (including an almost 3 year old & 1 year old) stayed here for a couple nights. We wanted to take a short visit somewhere close to home. This was a beautiful location right on a lake & quiet surrounding area. We stayed on the property the whole stay- as it had a grill, kitchen with all the basic cooking supplies, jacuzzi, paddleboat and kayaks to go on the lake. Our family had a blessed time & i would return. The owner was very helpful always with questions we had. Thank you!

Ideal Getaway
I rented this lakefront home for a family gathering. The setting is beautiful, private and peaceful. The home is perfect…updated, clean, comfortable beds, good sheets, laundry, grill, hot tub and everything else you may need. The kayaks, paddle boards and paddleboat provided hours of entertainment for kids and teens. Great memories were made. Of the hundreds of homes I have rented, this property in my top ten. Thank you for sharing it.

An amazing property
We absolutely loved this place! It had everything you needed. It was very private, only a neighbor to the side. We enjoyed the paddleboat and canoe that were provided. They also have two kayaks, two paddle boards and two nice bikes. We fished and got some bass. We and our dogs loved the trail that goes out back behind the house. This is a true gem and we will be back again! Loved that they had fresh cut flowers and yummy cookies waiting for us. Love, love, love it!

Perfect weekend for R&R
We loved the cottage. It was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The cookies were a nice touch. The view is unbelievable and the swans came by multiple times. We even took the paddle boat out on the water with our girls. They loved the big yard and the swing. There was plenty to do for both the kids and adults. We had a couple fires, grilled yummy steaks, enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores. The house is comfortable and clean. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to come back in the summer next year to really enjoy the lake and trails.

Nice weekend getaway
Such a beautiful place! the owner thought of everything, so if we forgot something, they had it for us if we needed it. They even left us cookies and some beautiful flowers in a vase. The yard was nice and it was a decent distance from the neighbors (neighbors only on one side) so it didn’t feel too crowded. We loved the paddle boat and kayaks too! We got to bring our dogs so that made it better. Dan was willing to work with us for anything we needed and answered any questions I had. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. We will be back!

Thanksgiving getaway with friends
Our party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. We have had this tradition of meeting up for the last decade. The house had ample space for us all. We enjoyed fires outside and relaxing in the hot tub at night. It was too cold during our stay to enjoy playing on the lake but we enjoyed looking at it. The view with the sun rising in the morning was gorgeous. With the cold air we really appreciated the heater in the corner. It was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We all want to buy a counter top ice maker now. We enjoyed walking the trails behind the house.
