"Nice motel and friendly helpful staff."

"Sopped over night at Zebra motel. Had parking right in front. Had 2 rooms booked as was travelling with my elderly parents and they originally had us upstairs but as soon as the gorgeous lady at the front desk found out my parents can't climb upstairs she found us some rooms downstairs. Room was very nice, bathroom modern, aircon worked great and the actual bed was like sleeping on a cloud...it was amazing!!!! Will definitely return to this motel again as their customer service and the rooms were exceptional "

"The property was very tastefully renovated, the rooms, well, my room was extremely comfortable, very modern fitted out and very comfortable, had only ceiling fans, for me enough. For the Young, well, they are sooks, and will have wanted Air-Cond. I was very happy."

"Aqualuna was a wonderful quiet escape - easy walk to the beach - almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. I was a bit thrown by the lack of reception - it can be nice when there is a face to face experience, part of the customer experience. Did appreciate the fact that it put a pleasant resort into our price range. thoroughly enjoyable stay."

"Lovely place next to an isolated beach.Dining area was surrounded by a lake with carp.Two pools and a kiosk with bar.There is also gym and golf course.Room was nice and service from staff excellent especially the reception.There is games room for kids and happy hour 5-6pm."

"Property is little dated and showing some age signs (I used to stay here in 80s when the water slide was next door and half court tennis on roof) but that is reflected in the cheaper price. The ageing amenity is more than compensated for by the cleanliness, and efficiency and professionalism of staff. The housekeeping are to be commended on the room presentations, and the desk managers are very friendly and helpful, and always busy and everpresent, as reflected in the smooth running of the facility. The BBQ is useful for cooking although the area is shared as the smoking/vaping area so plan to eat away from the actual bbq on one of the furthest tables around the pool or in your room. Very comfy beds. Quiet location. Pool is clean, albeit some missing tiles, can sometimes be shared with friendly water dragons. Close to major shopping mall (4 minute walk). Overall highly recommended for comfort and price in a budget price bracket."
