Lakeview Lodge is a beautiful lakefront vacation rental on Lake Cumberland that was designed around the celebration of family and friends.! This stunning three-level home boasts breathtaking lake views. With five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to sixteen guests, making it ideal for reunions, gatherings, and entertaining. It was built with large open spaces for everyone to congregate and several private areas to "get away and relax" when desired. With a gourmet kitchen, fireside lounge, and new hot tub, this is the place to be.

LAKEVIEW LODGE is approx. 4,500 sq. ft. of casual luxury on Lake Cumberland. The lake house has 5 bedroom & 5 Bathrooms and over 500 square ft of covered and uncovered patio space directly facing the lake, you’ll be sure to enjoy the view. Multiple outdoor seating areas including a screened in porch. This lakefront home located in Bronston is the perfect property for large families. This estate has more than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and entertaining space for groups of up to 16 people.

As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by the main living and expansive kitchen. As you head out the back door, you will be welcomed by a large patio, grill, firepit and lawn that is perfect for yard games. Keep an eye out for wildlife as the backyard frequently has deer, ducks, and turkeys. As you make your way upstairs you will see two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Plus, will find an office area with an additional sleeper sofa couch. The third and final floor is the basement. The basement comes complete with, ping pong, pool, darts, foosball, air hockey, and shuffleboard. The large game room includes a giant 85” TV, PlayStation with a great selection of game. Gather with your friends and family to watch sports and movies seated at one of 2 pub tables or hang out and swap fish tales around the gorgeous, custom-made bourbon barrel bar. If you want to stay on top of your personal health and wellness this is the house for you. Come soak in the Hot Tub after working out in the Home Gym. Exercise equipment includes a Life Fitness elliptical machine and Life Fitness recumbent bike. You will also see an additional bedroom we like to call this bedroom the family suite as it offers a full-size crib & rocking chair plus King size bed. Located right next to a full bathroom.

Our fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready for you and all the memories your family and friends will make together! The kitchen offers granite counter tops and large island bar with seating for 4. Appliances include glass stove top, oven, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, and large fridge-freezer, in addition to a beverage fridge. We equipped the kitchen with everything you need, from a cake pan to a Ninja blender. Our fully stocked coffee bar features a Keurig Duo & one-button espresso machine.

Last minute cancellation by property manager
Property manager avoided repeated attempts to address questions or to confirm receipt of changed number of guests from 10 to 13 via Vrbo messaging system . (House sleeps up to 16) On day of expected check in, manager texted that house would be unavailable. At no time would she engage in a conversation- all communication was via text. Our group included people who were traveling from 4 different states. I can not comment on property conditions. Vrbo did process refund as requested.

For the sake of your sanity and memories, do NOT book this listing. I contacted the property manager, Natalie, asking about 2 of her properties in January to host a group of friends getting together at a central location in May. Repeatedly messaged her and her responses were sporadic at best. We confirmed numbers (18 people) and that groceries could be delivered. Two days before our stay, I reached out because I saw recent reviews about last minute cancellations, and wanted to make sure I didn't need to make alternate arrangements. She said, and I quote, "your rental is secure" and "I look forward to hosting y'all". Fast forward to 3 hours prior to check in and I reach out making sure I have the correct information to get in the house and I get no response, instead I get an email saying our trip was cancelled. All while we were all on the road to the house (traveling 4+ hours each). I try to contact her repeatedly by text and phone and she did not respond to me once. The notification said could not host due to "damages," yet she didn't have any decency to speak with me on the phone. VRBO was NOT helpful. They claimed it was due to numbers, although we were down to 16 people for day of as 2 people backed out and Natalie had been told MULTIPLE times our numbers and never said a single word. It almost ruined our entire stay, but I desperately messaged other local hosts and found one that I couldn't recommend more. Save yourself the stress, never book this place.

Showed up to home and was confronted by the home owner stating they had removed their home from VRBO a month prior to the booking. The property manager completely ignored our calls and went into system to cancel. We were refunded but had 12 individuals who had traveled with no place to stay. VRBO was also no help and considered our travel costs and inconvenience our problem.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE EVER!!!
The alleged property owner denied that we had a reservation despite the fact that she had emailed the prior week with activity suggestions and provided the key codes. However, VRBO was wonderful!!! We were so grateful with VRBO’s offer to put us up in a hotel and enjoyed that time together!! We were able to find another property and had a wonderful time. I cannot locate this home on VRBO any longer so my hope is that VRBO took this psychotic woman and her (?) house off of their rental property listings.

This house was fabulous! The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was thoroughly enjoyed. TVs in every room, large deck, bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate. The only issue I had was the communication with our hostess. Responses back on my questions were delayed by days and even at the home I had a question about recycle receptacle for glass bottles and never got an answer back. But on the positive note before our stay when she finally answered me she was friendly and helpful.

Relaxing Getaway
Lakeview Lodge was just what we needed to step away from the real world for a few days and take in the beautiful lake views and just relax. This house has plenty of room for large groups and had everything we needed. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes that you would need and the shuffleboard, pool table and hot tub were great. We didn't get to use the fire pit because of the rainy weather but it was really nice. We are hoping to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

Impressive property overlooking Lake Cumberland. Worked very well for our family Christmas gathering consisting of adults, teens and 5-7 year olds. House very clean and an abundance of kitchen ware made cooking in a breeze. Gameroom in basement a hit for all ages. Fire pit used nightly for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. My husband, dog and I enjoyed our weekend at this beautiful home! Every detail was carefully thought out to include everything one would need to enjoy a weekend at Lake Cumberland! Full game room, exercise room, hot tub, firepit provided. Very comfortable master bedroom, complete kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Nice screened in porch overlooking lake! Highly recommend this home!

12 of our family members stayed at the house. Everyone enjoyed the game room with pool, ping pong and shuffle board games. Had a nice bon fire with s’mores another night. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine to make that family dinner. Traveled over to Conley Bottom Marina and rented out the luxury pontoons, which were very nice! Great Family Time

Great host and home!
This 3 night stay was the second for our family with the host, Natalie, and the first at this property. There was an unexpected and last minute major repair to the home that made it impossible for us to check in on the intended day of arrival. Natalie let us know immediately and tried hard to find us an alternate site for the first night. We ended up securing hotel rooms for our party of 20…Natalie refunded the night we didn’t stay and offered two additional nights free at the end of our stay. She worked hard to get repairs completed early and we were in the property around noon the next morning. The property was amazing and exactly met the needs of our large extended family that included a toddler, a couple kids, a couple teenagers, several adults and several elderly adults! It was just what we needed. The game room and fitness room were exceptional, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. There were some severe storms during the stay and Natalie reached out to check on us. I highly recommend this host and property. I also highly recommend a trip to Cumberland Falls…it was beautiful and a great place for hiking, photos, gem mining, fishing, and a picnic! We also found a few unusual places that really interested the teenagers… we did the Roadtripper’s Nightmare Paranormal museum personal tour and highly recommend if weird things and local lore interest you! There was another paranormal museum in town, too. It was ok, but no tour or info. Fun things for all! We will be back!

Our group had a great weekend. The game room was fun, especially enjoyed the shuffle board table. House was clean and had pretty much everything you need, lots of extra kitchen stuff, spices, utensils, etc. We loved the s'mores kit and everything available for the firepit. Owner always responded quickly to any questions.

This house is huge! Very open layout. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. The host left some s’mores pack which was a pretty awesome touch. There was plenty of fire wood for the fire pit. Beds were very comfortable. The host responded within minutes whenever we sent a message.

Absolutely wonderful!
Our stay was beyond wonderful and relaxing. We where a multi- generational group ranging in ages from 88 to 8 months and it was enjoyed by the whole crew. We enjoyed everything from the huge kitchen with plenty of seating for our group to the hot tub to the fire pit. The game room allowed us to have all the family fun we could wish for with tournaments in pool and ping pong! The kitchen was well equipped and the gas plumed grill was super convenient and put to good use. The property manager was very responsive with anything we needed. We look forward to staying again in the future!
