He had very excellent wine pairings and was very helpful when we had questions. Helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. He even valeted the German super car we rented! Michael also made our breakfast experience smooth and easy. The staff is so friendly and attentive to their guests. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!"

"This hotel sits right at the “Kurpark” in Bad Mergentheim. Many of the neighbors are specialty clinics helping people with various illnesses. The quietness and easy pace of the locale is expressed in the hotel as well. The property is well maintained and the personnel is friendly and effective. The breakfast buffet is really good. "Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "
