"First impressions of the property was that it was lovely and warm, well appointed, nice decor and very comfortable beds. Due to horrific traffic we arrived considerably later than hoped, Chris and Freya were very accommodating. "Owner never sent code to get in which I didn't realize. You have to phone them. Shower very moldy at each end of tracks and very slippery. Generally dusty. Garage parking not very safe to access. Double yellow lines in front and not easy to fold open. I picked this because i felt my friend who uses a cane could visit but not so. Garage floor which you went thru to enter was cobble stones. Back entrance long path with steps."

"We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!"

"Very clean, furnished beautifully. Great location for walks, for staying back and reading a book and for a short walk to a pub with lovely food and the biggest menu ever seen! Lots to do within short travel. We enjoyed an afternoon on the canal boating. Has a lovely pub/restaurant and there was a pop up food van. Ventured to Glastonbury, always an experience. "We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...
