Papa Casa (Big Daddy's House) is 5600 sq ft of ultimate luxury including a private swimming pool. With 7 bedrooms, 8.5 baths, this cabin is packed with amenities. Papa Casa sleeps a total of 28 guests, right in the heart of Hochatown. Located in the Sunrise Ridge area, this cabin is surrounded by pines and easily accessible by paved roads.
OUTDOORS:
Looking to lounge poolside? The simply elegant in-ground pool is completely fenced, to keep the little ones safe. With an outdoor kitchen that overlooks the pool this will be a great place to relax and entertain family and friends. Papa Casa offers multiple outdoor seating areas. One area surrounds the fire-pit and is open air, another is the outdoor kitchen/cooking area with one of two hot tubs provided by the cabin, a cozy gas fireplace with TV and comfy seating. The third seating area is a covered deck which is home to the second hot tub. This area is near the playground area so adults can utilize the hot tub and while watching the kiddos in the playground area. Both hot tubs are on the ground floor. This beautiful outdoor space will provide hours of entertainment and relaxation!
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
Inside Papa Casa you have a large open kitchen with Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances including Dishwasher, Double Oven, Refrigerator and Microwave. A hand crafted 16' island, and sprawling dining room make this the perfect cabin for cooking large meals and having the family altogether. The cabin is equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal fit for a king! All this is open to the massive living room with comfy seating with recliners, floor to ceiling gas fireplace, wooden beams and so many windows! There are also multiple access points to the outdoor areas from the dining and living room area.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
The sleeping arrangements for Papa Casa includes 6 king suites with private bathrooms along with a bunk room.
1. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks
2. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks
3. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with soaking tub, shower and double sinks. This bedroom offers an entryway to the deck area from the bedroom.
4. Downstairs Bedroom - King bed, bath with shower and double sinks. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper.
5. Upstairs Bedroom - King Bed, bath with shower. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper.
6. Upstairs Bedroom - King Bed, bath with shower. This bedroom also has a pullout twin sleeper and a balcony which overlooks the living room.
7. Upstairs Bunk Room - Built in bunks. 6 twin beds and 2 full beds, full bath with tub, shower and double sinks. This bunk room has a huge closet with shelving to house all the luggage for this sleeping area.

Maximum Total Occupancy: 28 guests (total includes adults, children and infants). Exceeding maximum total occupancy, regardless of the guests age, will result in additional charges and/or possible cancellation. Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.
