Base Camp, hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB, boasts five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and sprawling across 2.5 acres of the state park, this cabin offers the space and amenities for a multi-group vacation. Not to mention the breathtaking 20-mile view from the back deck...this is a cabin you must see in Broken Bow, Oklahoma!

When you enter into Base Camp you are welcomed into the open-concept dining and living room with windows overlooking the back deck. The kitchen is well equipped for all your meal prep needs, pots pans, utensils, small appliances and more. Enjoy meals around the spacious dining table inside, cooked on the grill or whipped up in the kitchen. After a long day on the lake or hiking you can relax on the large leather sofas in the living room and have a movie night in front of the wood burning fireplace.

On the right side of the living area, discover our fun-filled game room, stocked with all your favorite activities: pool, air hockey, ping pong, and a variety of games and puzzles. Need a quick break? No worries, there's a convenient half bathroom right there, along with a washer and dryer just across the room. Beyond the game room lies the bunk room, featuring three bunk beds with trundles with a total of nine cozy twin-size beds! Plus, there's a convenient full-size bathroom just for this room. It's the perfect spot for kids or those who love staying up late! After a lively game session, simply crash here without disturbing anyone else in the house. And don't forget to peek out the windows for a prime view of the deer feeder—get ready to see all sorts of curious animals up close!

Walking back through the kitchen at the end of the hall on each side you will find 2 king suites. Each room with a large spacious bathroom with showers. Continue your way upstairs to the other 2 bedrooms. Upstairs you will enter into a common room with the shared full bathroom. There's a cozy king room featuring a bunk bed—a perfect setup for guests with young children or for accommodating plenty of family and friends. Last but not least is the upstairs king suite! Complete with its own private full bathroom, and your very own balcony. Enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle of the house as you take in the breathtaking views framed by pine trees. Relax on the porch swing overlooking the mountain vista below, and be treated to a sunset so stunning, it feels surreal. Watch as the stars twinkle above, listen to the birdsong slowly fade away, replaced perhaps by the distant hoot of an owl—a truly serene experience awaits.

Base Camp has a fantastic bedroom layout accommodating several sleeping arrangements for large groups of friends or families traveling together.

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for all requests of 2 hour early check-in & 2 hour late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
