Girls trip
Nice cabin, with bedrooms for all six of us. Living room and dining room accommodated our group comfortably and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was easy access and close to the main highway.

Awesome getaway!
We had 13, 5 adults 8 kids, plenty of room for everyone! The kids loved the tree house, creek and making a fire every day! Beautiful property! Also, owner was very quick to respond when I needed an answer! Thank you! Your home is beautiful!

Plenty of room for large family
Great property for large families. With 6 plus bedrooms, our family of 13 had an adequate place to sleep for everyone. Property is quiet and pretty secluded yet with in walking distance to the main highway, urgent care, coffee shop and mini golf. That's pretty amazing.

the cabin was very nice and cozy. The settling was awesome. It was very clean and equipped with all the amenities. It was close to several things to do. The only thing was the dryer door was broke and wouldn’t shut.

This was a great get away
My husband booked this cabin for my birthday and it was great. First the pictures does not do the property justice this place is spacious there is plenty of room outside for activities. The cabin its self is very roomy we had plenty space for our guest. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub is was my favorite part very big it was clean the entire place was very clean and ready for us when we got there. We had a great time spending time with our family and friends. No complaints at all we were all very satisfied with our stay.

A great homey cabin!
This cabin exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing don’t do this cabin justice. It has way more space than it shows on the pictures. The cabin was decorated beautifully when we arrived. Beautiful Christmas trees and wreaths. The fire pit and hot tub was our favorite part of our stay. There are plenty of board games and others your group can use as well. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The cabin is also located in a great area. Not too far away from others but also far enough to have your own privacy. If we’re ever in Broken Bow again we would definitely book!

Our stay was good and we had plenty of space. Management was quick to respond and willing to help when needed. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed and/or upgraded. Management is aware of these things and have said they will address them. This property will be ideal once the fixes are taken care of.

Family getaways
The cabin was great and just like the pictures. However the beds were very uncomfortable. There were also a few cleaning issues. In the sugar bowl there was a stale piece of bread. Also, the Hot tub had a greasy looking film in the bubbles. The toilet lid in the Master bath was lose. Overall, it really was fun and accomidated our needs well.

Great Time in Broken Bow
I thought that the property was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably. The only complaint that any of us had was that looking at the property on VRBO it appears as though the house is isolated and in the woods. However, it actually sits right across the road from an RV trailer park and close to the main road through town. Maybe I should have done more research. At the end of the day the House worked great for the Surprise Birthday Party for my wife with all the family there together.

Great family getaway
We had a great stay. It's a large property on a wooded large lot. It is more in town than it appears in the pictures but that was not a problem for us. The living room is larger than it appears in the pictures. There are two steps that lead from the living room to the kitchen dining area and 2 downstairs bedrooms. This was a small issue for my mom who is in her 70s and has trouble on steps. The 4 remaining bedrooms are upstairs along with a daybed and trundle. We had plenty of room in our group of 11 (5 kids, 6 adults). There was enough separate space and enough together space so we weren't on top of each other. The kids loved the tree fort outside. There is also a closet full of games, both indoor and outdoor. We had a great time.

Decent stay
Overall the stay was nice, house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had 13 people with us and the first night at dinner noticed there were only seating for 7 and silverware for 6. The property manager did bring a new set of silverware but there was nothing to be done about the seating. We ended up bringing in extra chairs from outside. Also there was only enough seating in the living room for 6, no extra chairs for others so most sat on the floor. Was not very happy with the advertisement of being able to accommodate 13 but that was only for sleeping, not for anything else.

Home needs repair and maintenance-disappointed in this rental
Our group of 13 was extremely disappointed in the VRBO rental on this trip. We stay in VRBOs almost exclusively when we are out of town so we have a good understanding of what we should expect for the price. If there had only been 1 or 2 issues we would have just racked it up to it being the holiday season (New Year’s weekend). However, it was obvious that several of these items were not recent problems & I strongly encourage the owners to visit the property more often so they can experience what we did. First off, there were several items thorughout the house that were either broken or in need of repair: curtain rod & light in living room; 2 burners on stove did not work; lighting in dining room & outside too dim; holes in deck; broken jets in hot tub; mildew smell in hot tub; several mattresses need to be replaced or flipped & turned; some ceiling fans did not work properly; also several walls should be repainted-very dirty. Secondly, kitchen & bath items need to be reviewed: only 1/2 roll of paper towels; only 2 trash bags (msgd mgmt & they suggested to roll the trash outside trash can up instead of bringing us more); no "complimentary tolietries"; not enough clean towels; no spatula for kitchen or grill; no regular sized skillet. Finally, should be more upfront with pics of the work lot across the street-eye sore.

Perfect for our family reunion
The property was great for our family reunion. We slept 12 comfortably. Only issue we had had to due with our age. Many of us are elderly, and there were only two bedrooms on the main floor. 3 nice BR upstairs and a hallway bed. Two BR down and 1 and 1/2 up so we were never crowded. There was some wear and tear showing but overall the facility was great for our group. We especially liked the large living room which allowed us all to sit around a visit. Kitchen was well stocked. Mosquitoes were not bad. Area was pleasant and had some activities.

Awesome place to stay
We loved the house and location. We had 12 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. First house I ever stayed at that supplied enough toilet paper. I had brought some with us and never had to get it out!!! Was decorated really cute, the hot tub was amazing, there were games there to play, indoor and out. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here and we will book with them again!!

Great space for a large family getaway
My husband and I with our two children and 6 grandchildren enjoyed space to be together and separate. We had a fire outdoors around the fire pit each night, played games and hiked in the nearby State Park. It was the perfect way to start the new year together.
