Cabin is in serious need of repairs and modernization.
We arrived in the evening and found it hard to see the cabin and driveway as there was no lighting at all. This made the first impression of the cabin rather creepy. It was also very difficult to unload the car with only our phones for light. We were told, after arrival that the floodlights and side porch light do not work. We also noticed solar lights on the deck and steps that did not work either. The cabin appeared to be relatively clean. The toilet is very low flow and had issues flushing. It finally stopped flushing and overflowed. I texted, then called the host, who told me that we were supposed to put the soiled toilet paper in the wastebasket not the toilet. She insisted this is what everyone in the area does. I have not heard that before and this was not posted anywhere at the property or in the house rules. The host did come to the cabin and cleaned up the overflow and got the toilet "working" again. We were very appreciative of her effort. The microwave kept losing power and I had to reset some button on the electrical outlet to get it power up again as I was also using the stove, the toaster, and the coffee maker at the same time. As we were packing up to leave I checked all of the rooms and was looking around the beds upstairs for anything that we might have left behind, and found dried vomit (not left by us) on one of the bed skirts. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The cabin is in need of repairs and renovations.

Peaceful Pine Knot
We really enjoyed staying at the Pine Knot cabin. The set-up is just right for families and our host, Rose, made sure everything was just right. We would gladly stay here again if we stop in Broken Bow.

Quiant and Cozy
We enjoyed our stay! The Cabin was clean and cozy, and had nice cookware. That's always a big thing for me, cause I cook most of our meals. Although the road was busy, it was quiet. Fishing was a little difficult, due to the grass in the pond, but still added to the scenery. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Cozy and cute.
Cute, needs a little updating but served our purpose. We were tight with 3 adults and 3 kids. 6 adults would be very crowded! Location was great for our plans and the kids liked the woods and pond. We had a pleasant stay.

Husband and I booked this cabin for our 1st anniversary. It was clean and our house keeper Rose messaged us two hours early to let us know we could check in sooner than expected. Perfect cabin for a small family

Pleasant
Cute cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Secluded feel, but yet close enough to town. Amenities were all available. Bed was comfortable. Pond is not a fishing pond, it's more for looks. Nice area outside to sit around the fire. Only things I would suggest: The yard could use some cleaning up. Grass was tall and lots of limbs had fallen. There were no lights outside for the driveway or on the porch. The porch light was missing and the other light was out. So, at night it was impossible to see where you were walking unless we used our phone flashlights. Overall our stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The equipped kitchen made packing for meal prep a snap. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The area is wooded and quiet. The front porch, deck and firepit area were perfect and where we spent most of our time.

Cutest cozy cabin!!
We loved this charming, cozy cabin!! The neighborhood is quiet and it was a perfect get away for me and my husband. It's 10-15 mins from Beaver Bend State Park and all the restaurants. The layout of the cabin was great and we loved the vertical stair case. Very clean and we had everythign we needed! We will definitely book the next time we visit Broken Bow, and bring the kids! Plenty of room for a family of 6!

Beautiful cabin for a great price
Very simple to get to and a straight shot up the road from Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. If you're coming to the area to hike and enjoy nature this is the perfect place to stay. Well stocked with amenities including just about everything we needed but couldn't pack to cook all our meals there for 4 days/3 nights. The backyard was especially impressive with an expansive elevated porch with covered portions, a fire pit, grill, picnic table, and plenty of seating options. The backyard was especially gorgeous with lots of tall trees and space for my friend, myself and his dog to run around and enjoy the outdoors even when we weren't out hiking. Check in was about as simple as it gets with me receiving an email the day before our trip with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. If you're in a budget and want a surprisingly nice place to relax that is barely a 20 minute drive from some of the most beautiful nature spots in McCurtain county then this little cabin is perfect. We will absolutely be back as soon as possible!
