"The Regency Inn is located on the previous property of a motel 6. Which means it’s renovated and ready guest. I stayed one night and it was very peaceful and located in a safe area. "Man at the front desk told me my room didn’t have a TV but he would let me not have a deposit. I told him I couldn’t not have a TV in my room and he said oh we have another one and your hotel is nonrefundable anyways there were roaches, no towels no remote control dirt everywhere. It was disgusting. I didn’t even sleep in there. There was hair and dirt in my bed. There was poop all around the toilet. My door wouldn’t latch all the way it looks like somebody kicked it in there were people outside...

"Perfect location less than 2 blocks from Main Street. House was clean and ready for us w/everything we needed...and then some! Beds were super comfortable and having a surge protector next to the bed was helpful for the extra chargers. Host is quick to reply to messages and a pleasure to work with. "House was amazing! New, clean and spacious! Felt right at home! Additionally, when we arrived, our WIFI was not working. We were on a business trip, so it was very important that we had WIFI. I called the owner and they responded quickly. We were given the option to stay at a different property nearby or wait for a technician to come out. We chose to stay and the tech came out the following morning and saved the day!"
