"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

Fabulous view over Rothesay, the ferry terminal and beyond. Definitely worth the short steep walk up the hill to get there. Would happily return. "

The apartment is a little dated, however very comfortable and I would recommend as it’s in the centre of Largs beside lots of facilities. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no lift.
