"Great hotel in a lovely location, well maintained with beautiful grounds. The room was nicely appointed, quiet with a comfortable bed for an uninterrupted nights sleep. Breakfast was good with a choice of options. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We will be back in the Autumn for another stay!"

"Great place to stay between cruises. Very clean, friendly staff, great restaurant. Just a short walk to the West Query shopping Center. Only a short taxi from and to the Mayfair Cruise port. Less than 10£ each way. I’ll definitely visit here again."

"Great stay. Initially we had a dirty bath upon arrival however after staff trying to clean it theg couldnt get the marks off. They offered us a free upgrade. Wenloved thebroo. And servoxe. The food was good to. We had a carvery and a breakfast. The hotplate was quite small but the hotel did not seem that busy at the time. There was an initial wait as we arrived at checkin time 1500 and others had to wait as well for rooms to be finihsed cleaning. No one checked in till 1600. This mildly inconvenient as we went to have our carvery. I put this down to being a bank holiday weekend on a sunday and not having staff in. "
