"Loved our stay here. 2 adults plus 2 grown children, we had a 4 bed unit with a kitchen and 2 toilets but one shower. AC worked very well as it was hot out. Free parking, easy to Uber to Old Town or anywhere else if you don't want to take your car. Can walk to some restaurants and a little market next door for anything you need. My only suggestion is that it was hard to find the entrance and where to park, but thankfully I recognized the building from the online pictures and we figured it...

"We were very pleased to stay at Toni's guesthouse. Toni was especially helpful and easy to communicate with, and staying with him certainly sweetened our visit to Dubrovnik. The listing is accurate. Pool and breakfast were delightful. Our room was on the smaller side, which is fine for a couple of nights. Parking is available in a secluded by adjacent parking lot at the city's Zone 3 rates -- plan to turn right through an archway a bit before the main walking-only entrance to Toni's guesthouse....

"Very steep stairs to access property, but owner helped us with cases and couldn’t have been more helpful. Once in rooms ,very comfortable, fridge, and cooking facilities great a real bonus in Europe . Beautiful pool out side our door, very clean and got it to ourselves most of time.
