We’re excited to welcome you to our cosy home in Broadstairs, located within minutes of the high street, beaches, and all that the town has to offer.
Newly refurbished and designed with the comfort of our guests in mind, our snug apartment provides the perfect base to relax and recharge, whilst exploring all that Thanet has to offer.
Tucked away from the hustle and bustle on a peaceful residential street, the property is just a 2 minute walk to the vibrant Broadstairs High Street, where a variety of shops and restaurants await. A further 5 minutes stroll down the high road will take you to the infamous Viking Bay, (otherwise known as Broadstairs Beach), lined with waterfront restaurants, pubs and bars, and plenty of seaside entertainment for all ages.
The property contains a total of 1 master bedroom, living room with open plan kitchen and dining area, and a bathroom.
Enter through the apartment door into the hallway. On the left is the master bedroom, containing a comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, full length mirror, and bedside table with radio and lamp.
Further down the hallway to the left, you will find our stylish and cosy lounge with sofa, coffee table, TV, rug and lamp. The sofa can also be pulled out into an additional bed.
Connected is the open space kitchen and dining area, featuring a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has all the essentials you need such as a kettle, toaster, washing machine, and electric fan oven with a gas stove.
Back through the hallway, you will discover the bathroom, featuring a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink, towel radiator and mirror cabinet.
Accessed via the front side of the property, you can enjoy the private garden, equipped with table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy sunny breakfasts or relax and unwind after a day’s adventures.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
Guests will have entire access to the apartment and garden.
●Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
●Pets are permitted at the property for an additional fee of £55 for cleaning and a maximum of 1 big or 2 small pets
●Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus transaction fee) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
