"We spent 5 nights at the thatched cottage to use as a home base for day trips to Southern Ireland. It was like stepping back in time but with modern conveniences!! The large farm was peaceful and so much fun to explore. The property was close to Adare for stores and restaurants but yet so private. We did love being visited very day by the two dogs!! Lastly, David was so responsive, helpful and a pleasure to handle everything during the rental. We highly recommend this property."

The cottage is a comfortable well appointed barn conversion that offers authenticity with all of the comforts of home - complete with a homemade apple tart waiting upon arrival. Walking along the paths around the farm provides spectacular views in a quiet and peaceful setting. David and his family are lovely. They are accommodating and respond quickly to all queries. "It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings"
