"Very spacious apartment with a beatiful view of a nearby church. The whole place is very nice, clean and you can even use kitchen and laundry machines. Toilets and bathrooms are shared for the whole floor but we haven’t ran into anybody during our 3 day stay. If you are looking for a comfortable and not expensive place to stay in Brno city centre this could be the one."

"The apartment was in a good location, close to the train station and the town centre, and the layout / configuration generally was in keeping with our expectations based on the ad. Unfortunately the cooking equipment was filthy and needed a thorough clean before use, the mount for the shower was broken, the TV was a relatively small older-style unit with no applications (Netflix etc) and while there was a DVD with USB the remote seemed to be for a different device and you could not control it...

They are courteous, pleasant, and speak excellent English. Sadly, they often seemed to have difficulty getting things done. For example, one of the sliding doors on my wardrobe jammed. "7 of us stayed over New Year and I think were the only residents because on leaving we were told our luggage couldn't be stored for the day because they were closing the hotel. However, the rooms were good, it was very quiet, breakfast was adequate but unmonitored. E.g. orange juice ran out quickly and no one refilled it. Nice simple mix of hot and cold foods to keep everyone happy. For the price we couldn't grumble too much though. The hotel isn't too far away from the town centre, the 10-15...
