Ingen personer tilstede ved ankomst for innsjekking, kun en SMS om betaling på forskudd hvis vi ikke kom innen opninga tiden. Vi kom innenfor opninga tid, men hotellet var låst. Vi ventet en stund, så kom personalet og ordnet innsjekkingen. Manglet heis, trappene var tunge opp til tredje etasje.
