"Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. "Wir hatten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern einen tollen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus. Obwohl ruhig gelegen ist man in 5 Minuten in der City oder am Strand mit dem Auto. Wir wurden sehr nett und mit Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Auch bei kleineren Problemen oder Tipps zur Umgebung oder Unternehmungen war der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit. Super schöne Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr schön auch wie wir für zwei Familien. Danke für den tollen Urlaub in der Villa"

"Wir (Jugendhilfegruppe 13 Personen) sind am 27.07.2024 angereist und haben 10 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Übergabe des Objekts verlief sehr schnell, aber vielleicht hatte Tihomir es eilig. Wir haben uns zurecht gefunden. Ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten hatte kein Fenster und keine Klimaanlage, ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool ist toll, er wurde fast täglich gereinigt. "We had a great time at this property. The pool and outdoor area was lovely for hanging out and the rooms and beds were all nice and comfortable. Great AC which was much needed for the middle of August. Josip was a wonderful host and made check-in/checkout very easy and he was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp and sent us great recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the area."

"We have just returned from an amazing week in Croatia at cista mala. It’s been our first trip to Europe since the pandemic and we were so welcomed by Vladmir and his family. The villa has everything you need for a perfect family holiday. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends. It was renovated to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. "Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom suites and it was very comfortable and private. Rooms are well furnished, and have great views with floor to ceiling windows and doors. The hot tub on the large patio deck was great. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place, with a late arrival, staff was very accommodating. "

"Clean, quiet, newly refurbished, complete small kitchen, in the middle of Old Town on a quiet pedestrian street. Only downsides: 1. The owner only accepts cash euros and ATMs in Croatia charge an exorbitant 15%, and 2. The owner is not on premises and sent an email with entry code on our day of arrival, which we did not receive because we did not have data or WiFi that day. Had a bystander call the number on the door and he arrived promptly. "
