From the balcony of this penthouse with lift, you can enjoy stunning views of the distinctive Austrian surroundings. Admire the green mountains in summer and the snow-capped peaks in winter; an ideal start to the day! The living room with open kitchen and lots of light is a nice place to gather, and there is parking for 2 cars at the house. Plenty to enjoy, all year round!

The bus takes you in a few minutes to the ski lift of the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental gondola, which gives access to one of Austria's largest ski areas. There is also more than enough to do in summer; the offerings range from bathing in a cool mountain lake, e-bike tours (there is a separate storage room in the house for this), hiking, tennis and much more, all just a stone's throw away.

Typical Tyrolean Brixen im Thale has an authentic feel with historic buildings and charming farmhouses. Local restaurants offer delicious Tyrolean dishes such as Kaiserschmarrn and Tiroler Gröstl, and there is a lively après-ski scene for those who like to party. Brixen im Thale offers a balanced mix of mountain adventure and cultural gems in a serene, alpine setting

Wir warten mit 8 Personen für eine Woche in Petras Penthaus. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hell und man guckt auf die Talabfahrt. Die Größe der Wohnung ist gut. Besonders der Wohnraum. Leider ist es für 8 erwachsener Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern recht eng. Bei der Couch haben wir nicht verstanden wie dort 2 Personen drauf schlafen sollen, denn ausziehen konnten wir sie nicht. Wir hatten uns als Backup eine Doppelluftmatratze mitgenommen. Diese haben wir mit in das Doppelzimmer gelegt. Das passte so gerade. Damit ging es dann ganz gut. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und alles hat problemlos geklappt und war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank! 🙂

Wohnung sehr schön, aber leider an Hauptstraße
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles vorhanden. Ab und zu flitzen ein paar Silberfischchen. Unschön war die Baustelle nebenan, ging sehr früh los. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Einweisung hätte in bischen ausführlicher sein können. Wo findet man z.B. den W-Lan-Schlüssel.

De aankomst werden wij vriendelijk ontvangen. De accomodaties was prima voor 4 man, er staat dat je met 8 man erin kan. Nou dat zou ik niet proberen dat wordt te druk, 6 man kan je nog wel proberen. Voordelen vriendelijke man, mooie omgeving( voor de festiviteiten is Westendorf toch wel beter hebben wij gemerkt) Nadelen er was een lift aanwezig, alleen die doet het al 3 jaar niet dat was wel vervelend. Er is een sleutelbox om de sleutel in te doen, alleen na een avond stappen was de box stuk.

Die Ankunft gestaltete sich als sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Leider war der Skischuhwärmer defekt und einige Stühle etwas arg wackelig. Deswegen haben wir einen Stern abgezogen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und per Handy erreichbar.

De entree, het trappenhuis was niet schoon. De woning zelf zag er wel goed uit. We hebben er met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen een fijne tijd gehad. Het appartement zag er gezellig uit en heeft ook een mooi uitzicht. Wij vonden het appartement geschikt voor 6 personen maar zeker niet voor 8! Er is maar 1 badkamer, de stapelbedden zijn kort en smal dus meer voor de kinderen bedoeld en er zit een kleine vaatwasser in. Wij vonden het prima zo maar vinden echt dat je niet met 6 volwassenen of meer in moet gaan.

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit mooie appartement. Enige minpuntje was dat we de lift niet konden gebruiken. Deze was defect. Het appartement is perfect en ligt op een heerlijke locatie, vlak bij een supermarkt en slecht 2 minuten met de skibus naar de Gondel. Ondanks dat we de warmste wintersport vakantie ooit hebben gehad, was het toch genieten van de vele pistes en het prachtige weer. Volgend jaar weer naar Brixen im Tal.

Heel aangenaam appartement, volledig uitgerust en met grote gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Skiliften zijn op 1 km afstand, er is vlakbij een skibushalte, maar wij verkozen te wandelen en onze skispullen acher te laten in het skidepot vd intersport ad lift. Enige minpuntjes het wordt er erg warm, hoewel we de termostaat uit gezet hadden bleef de vloerverwarming aan. De kamer voor vier personen is ad kleine kant.
