"I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. I was declined a refund. I ask you to please consider a refund as I did not use the facilities or unit. The photos on website is...
