Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax.
Easy to find and park. No parking charge
Lovely helpful staff, very helpful and pleasant- showed me to my room and explained everything. Very comfortable room
Food in the bar was very good, service fast
Brrakfast not available but aoart from that it's an excellent place ÿo stay. Very near to the hospital which is why I was here

Staff were excellent. The pub is lovely. Accommodation very basic, little bit dated and dirty.
About average for a pub. Lot of noise from outside and street. No double glazing. Lots of condensation on the windos. Separate bathroom, down the corridor. Shower a bit weak. No light over sink. V difficult to shave. £45 should be the max price. Not vfm at all.
Everyone very friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated near the hospital which was great as we didn’t have to rush to get there in the morning. Would definitely stay again, beer garden very well thought out.
Perfect accommodation for our needs. Two refurbed doubles were big and good with en suite.
The twin room was small and bathroom not en suite, should be priced a lot cheaper. No facilities for breakfast in the morning although lidl a 4 min drive
Easy check in process with helpful staff. Room was a good size and relatively well equipped with a good sized bed, 42"TV and an en-suite with a hot shower. The attached pub had a good range of drinks and food.
--> remembering this is 2 star hotel... It included:
--> free overnight parking which is worth a lot in Bristol
--> lovely staff
--> fabulous sized bed
--> really impressed and will certainly return
The room sheets and towels were spotlessly clean thank you

Basic but comfortable.
Basic but comfortable. The twin beds were fine.
The separate bathroom in the twin room was dated and the shower had a lot of black mould, so I decided to go without.
The television remote control was broken.
Otherwise fine.
Shower was either too cold or scorching hot, description stated 3 people a room but only a 1 king size bed in the room, def need a sofa/pull out bed, staff were great at the bar, food was ok
Pub was great and staff were lovely and very helpful but the room was not good. Most uncomfortable mattress i have slept on in years and no ensuite bathroom
