The Space:

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by the convenience of private garage parking with an EV charger available.
The open-plan kitchen, dining and living room is well-equipped with everything you could need for a home away from home. You'll find lots of entertainment options, including a smart TV with Sky Box, PS5 and Bluetooth speaker. Meanwhile, the kitchen is complete with the full suite of appliances, including a Ninja blender, kMix food mixer, a Nespresso coffee machine and grinder, microwave and dishwasher. Along with all the regular appliances! You can also enjoy use of children's dinnerware and a high chair.
Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms are similarly kitted out. All 3 have decent sized smart TVs and family amenities, including a travel cot and bath. The utility room is also up here where a washing machine and tumble dryer are located for your convenience, as well as ironing facilities and hair dryers. For those on work trips, one of the bedrooms has a desk.
To top it all off, on the top floor sliding doors open out to a beautiful terrace with city views. So you can enjoy drinks and al fresco dining in the summer months.

This modern townhouse is tucked away on a quiet street in Southville, yet conveniently located to enjoy everything Bristol has to offer. Just down the road, you’ll find the bustling North Street, which is packed with pubs, great restaurants, cafes, artisan shops, breweries and more. The Tobacco Factory is at the centre of it all with regular weekend markets and events. Ashton Gate Stadium is also just a short walk further from here.
Cross the bridge over the river Avon and you'll find yourself in the unique Wapping Wharf in minutes - this cultural quarter boasts eateries and independent shops all housed in refurbished shipping containers. From here, stroll alongside the harbour, hopping in and out of art galleries, coffee shops and the renowned M Shed Museum. In summer, there’s nothing better than sitting on the water’s edge and soaking up the lively vibe of the city.
With so many different neighbourhoods to explore, you can spend days exploring Bristol’s city centre. During August, head over to Ashton Court to experience the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta - where hundreds of hot-air balloons fill the sky. Or if you fancy a taste of the countryside, walk over the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge and over to Ashton Court Estate where you’ll find the resident deer. Or join one of the boat trips from the harbourside up the river to Beeses, a tranquil pub on the river, whilst viewing the city by river on the way!

Getting Around:
The house is well-situated so you can spend the majority of your trip exploring by foot. For those travelling entirely by public transport, Bristol Temple Meads has regular train links all across the country, from London Paddington right up to Glasgow and down to Penzance. From here it is a short taxi or bus to Southville where the apartment is located.
For those who do drive, private parking is available in the garage and we can also arrange for additional on-street permit parking. There is also an EV charger in the garage.
Other Things to Note:
The property is a modern townhouse split over 3 levels which are accessed via stairs. So it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
