Ok, where do we begin...!
Very disappointed with this “luxury” stay, the kitchen was very dirty, to the point where we had to buy cleaning products to clean before we could even wash the dishes before use. A security deposit via bank transfer was requested prior to check in, which was not stipulated in the booking description, the description advised of a deposit upon check in (which we were more than happy to provide) not prior to.
There were security cameras inside the apartment , this was also not advised in the description of the property and was a violation of privacy, these cameras should have been on the outside of the property if they were indeed for security reasons.
To top it off the booking dates were mixed up by the owner who had arranged workmen to fix a leek in the roof a day before we checked out, the owner did message to ask if we minded if the workmen came into the apartment, however I advised we would rather that the workmen were not there as all of our belongings were inside. This apparently did not matter, as the owner gained entry and allowed the workmen in anyway.
To say the least we were not at all happy with the service received by the property owner or the cleanliness of the apartment.
