Perfect Location. Amazing place to stay
I went with family and friends to celebrate my sons 30th birthday, this ticked all the boxes, loved everything about it from the excellent communication, to the amazing property, it had everything and more than we needed, can recommend to others wanting somewhere for a family or large gathering. loved it!!

Fantastic property with excellent facilities.
Fantastic property...as described. Amazing views. All hens had a great weekend and enjoyed the house and hot tubs despite it being March. Great support from Joss and Jim who were available to answer any questiond. Well worth the price. We stayed for 3 days...Would definitely visit again!

Amazing hen weekend at the westbarn!
Booked this property a bit blind as didn't really know Bath and the surrounding areas- but we were a big group and needed a lot of room so westbarn appeared to fit the bill from the description. However, property went well above and beyond all our expectations. Fantastic size, well- stocked kitchen and great facilities (2 hot tubs, games room and a log cabin for the older members of our group!). The Saturday we stayed, was a grey rainy day but it didn't matter as the house was such a great size that we could relax indoors until it came to going out mid-afternoon. we also loved the location- right in the countryside but only a ten minute cab ride from Bath. Owners were also very helpful in the lead up to staying and answered any queries we had. Highly recommended

Wonderful Weekend Away
We had an amazing weekend here at Westbarn! Set in the countryside with beautiful views the house is perfect for large groups (we had a hen do..!) we loved the hot tubs and the huge dining table was great! Loads of parking made it easy for all our friends too. . i would recommend!

Best Party House!
We arrived not knowing what to expect but were absolutely delighted at the facilities provided. There were 17 of us but there was always a bathroom available. . .I think there must have been 5 or 6 of them !! Anyway, the weekend was brilliant . . a BBQ on the Saturday night and most of us trooped down to a local pub for a delicious Sunday Lunch. The place was perfect! JeffA

Fab holiday house for large parties
We booked this holiday house for my hen do. It was perfect for us. Loads of room for our group of 12. Nice and clean. Kitchen was fab, well equipped. Taxis were easy to book to take us into bristol. Will defo be back next year

Amazing house in a wonderful rural setting
I booked this property for a hen party and we couldn't have asked for more. The house was perfect for large groups- all rooms were a decent size and the house was well equipped. A huge garden with enough seating for everyone and a great place to enjoy the hot tub and outside fires. The owner was very responsive to communication throughout the booking and I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. The bride was thrilled!
