Our stay was great. The house was a very nice place to stay for race weekend. It is very close to downtown activities and restaurants. It is furnished very nicely and the extras were a nice touch. Will definitely try to stay there in future.

King University Visit
This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it. Close enough to the college and all that Bristol has to offer but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can sit on the porch and have a quiet evening. Communication with Nicki is spot on and all the extras that she provides makes you feel like you’re home and not at a rental.

Lovely Gem in TriCities region
Gorgeously restored 1920s home in TriCities region. Beds were all luxuriously appointed and relaxing. Whether attending a concert or festival, NASCAR race, even a day on Appalachian Trail you’ll have so much available to do and see if you stay in this home

The Cutest House
We absolutely love this house. It's clean, it's cute, the decor is fitting and owner has all provided the extras! We wanted for nothing and had the best time. We will be back if Nicki will have us.
