This property has a driveway which can fit up to two vehicles which is very rare to find this close to the city centre.

The Space:
A brand new 2 bedroom property recently refurbished to a high standard.

The ground floor is all open plan. The living area contains a TV, dining table, chairs and a comfortable sofa which doubles as a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need at this home from home including hob, oven, crockery, toaster, kettle, washer and dryer etc. There is a WC on this floor.

Upstairs the main bathroom contains a shower (no bath). The 2 bedroom's both have 2 single beds in each but can be turned into doubles if you so wish.

You will have the whole property to yourself. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Guest Access:
The property is self check in using the key box outside the property. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. You will have the whole property to yourself for the duration of your stay. You won't be sharing with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
A "village" within a city. The property is in a quiet residential street with off road parking. A short walk from Bristol city centre which is known for its maritime history, Banksy street art and Cabot Circus Shopping Quarter, as well as its floating bars and restaurants along The Harbourside in the charming Old City.

Castle Park offers greenery and fortress ruins, while the medieval Christmas Steps are packed with quaint shops and cosy pubs. Big-name performers appear at the Old Vic Theatre and the O2 Academy. Whether you are here for work or pleasure if you have any reason to be near the centre of Bristol then this is the perfect location for you.

Getting Around:
A ten minute walk to temple meads where you can catch a train to other parts of the country. A ten minute walk to Old Market where there are a number of bus stops that allow you to travel to most parts of Bristol. The property also has space to park two vehicles.
