"What a place! I was wowed by all the things you would not expect to have in a rental. To name a few simple things like dishwasher, laundry detergents. Soap, shampoo, paper towels. I have stayed at much more expensive places and had none of these simple items. The place is decorated very nicely. Comfortable beds. I mean a short walk to the beach what else could you need. "This home had everything we needed for my husband, daughter, our 10 month old grandson and our 4 legged “son” to enjoy our vacation. Everything was perfect! The beach access was a little more steep than we could handle with all of the “baggage“ we take to the beach, so we found it was easier to load up the truck and drive to the the Barnacle Beach access 1 mile to the east. "Cozy Corner is well-stocked, spacious, and has all the amenities we needed for our 10-day stay! There was even an air fryer, washer, and dryer for our use. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Loved having the hot tub especially when a snow storm came through & a water main broke so no water for 3 days. House had comfortable furniture and screened in porches that we enjoyed. It’s only about a mile to the beach which has a bike trail with benches. Town is a short drive with great restaurant choices. "

"Minor issues were resolved with quick response. The area is within easy reach of downtown PSJ, Windmark, and the beaches. Cottage was clean and worked very well for our needs. Enjoyed TV time in the living room and the beds and bathrooms were A+. Would certainly stay here again."
