Comfortable home with an unbeatable view
We loved this apartment and the escape from the grey city. Frau Stein was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was seamless. Very comfortably-appointed kitchen and coffee on the balcony was the highlight of each day!

The views, tasteful modern furnishings, well equipped kitchen, stunning terrace and location to Locarno and other attractions in Switzerland and Italy was just perfect for us, no matter how long you're staying, you won't want to leave! Highly recommended

Great area and house for a holiday/break
Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Gusto. Great views on the lake. The house is well equipped and spacious. Comfortable beds. Practical garage under the house, can fit 2 cars. The lake offers many opportunities for leisure. Large supermarket in Ascona. The landlady was very easy to contact and super friendly. We would definitely recommend for a stay.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Blick auf den See.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Casa Gusto sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Von der Terasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den See. In 15 Minuten ist man in Italien oder man genießt das Flair der schweizer Städte. Zu empfehlen ist eine Anreise mit dem Auto, da trotz Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus eine größere Flexibilität gegeben ist.

Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten mit top Blick
Diese Doppelhaushälfte liegt, wie schon von vielen beschrieben, hoch über dem Ort Brissago mit einem absolut super Blick auf den See. Es ist sehr deutlich spürbar, dass sich die Vermieter sehr viel Mühe geben, um einen reibungslosen und schönen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Es wurde schon sehr viel in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, ich beschränke mich hier daher auf die nochmal besonders herausragenden Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind: - herrausragende Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Frau Stein per SMS (sendet alle notwendigen Informationen, antwortet schnell auf Fragen und sorgt sich proaktiv um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste) - Haus ist gut mit Fahrzeug über Schlängelstraße zu erreichen. Es liegt recht weit oben am Berg, somit ziemlich ruhig und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten. Es führen Treppen hinunter bis in den Ort (abwärts ca. 20-30 Min.). Des Weiteren gibt es einen regelmäßig fahrenden Kleinbus und Mietfahrräder (E-Bikes) direkt vor dem Objekt. - Objekt + Ausstattung ist in allen Bereichen gepflegt (Bäder wirken recht neu, Rest renovierter und dauerhaft instand gehaltener Zustand) - die Abstellmöglichkeit in der Garage (komplett leer und sauber) unter dem Haus (direkter Zugang durchs Haus) hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller des Hauses (Miele) - die komplette Breite an Alltagsgegenständen für den täglichen Bedarf ist vorhanden und in zweckmäßigem Zustand (man darf nicht vergessen, es handelt sich um ein Mietobjekt)

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Schöne Doppelgarage unten im Haus. Das zweite Schlafzimmer etwas eng. Tolle, große Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen ein entspanntes Weihnachten und einen ruhigen Jahreswechsel in Brissago zu erleben. Das Haus und die Aussicht haben den Erwartungen mehr als nur entsprochen und wir bedanken uns bei der Familie Stein für ein tolles Ambiente. Wir haben uns bisher selten so gut erholt wie hier. Die Lage und Aussicht entsprach den Beschreibungen und unserer Erwartung. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, allerdings sieht das Geschirr stark benutzt aus (Katschen) und der Kaffeeautomat müsste mal entkalkt werden :-). Die "my Ascona / Locarno" App stand uns leider erst in den letzten Tagen zur Verfügung. :-( Dennoch hatten wir herrliches Wetter und konnten im September im Lago baden.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine so umfangreiche Ausstattung haben wir in bisherigen Ferienhäusern noch nicht vorgefunden. Die Lage bot einen wundervollen Blick auf den See. Bis nach Italien war es nur "ein Katzensprung". Die Kommunikation mit der "Vermietung" war hervorragend.

Ankommen und entspannen
Wer hier bucht, bekommt 100% Urlaub. Ein wunderbares Ferienhaus über das wir nur Positives berichten können, mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet. Dazu kommt noch der einzigartige Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore und die ruhige Lage des Hauses. Geschirrtücher und scharfe Messer werden wir das nächste Mal einfach mitbringen. Danke für dieses Ferienhaus, es war für uns eine Wucht!

Silvester-Aufenthalt in Brissago
Das Casa Gusto ist wunderbar über dem Lago Maggiore gelegen. Obwohl eine kleine Strasse sich direkt vor dem Haus befindet, ist es sehr ruhig. Parkplätze hat es vor dem Haus, dazu gibt es eine Garage. Check-in-Vorgang ist sehr einfach, die Schlüssel werden in einer Codebox vor dem Eingang deponiert. Das Haus hat alles, was man sich wünscht und hat zwei Stockwerke. Achtung: Es gibt nur deutsche Steckdosen im Haus! - Schönes Badezimmer - Tolle Aussicht - Grosse Terrasse - Spülmaschine - Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin freundlich und einfach. - Insgesamt sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. !! FeWo-direkt gibt den Gesamtpreis nicht an: Zusätzlich fallen noch Kosten für Bettwäsche und Reinigung an. Die Gastgeberin trifft keine Schuld, aber FeWo-direkt müsste das viel deutlicher kommunizieren !!

Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Aussicht auf den See war ein Traum. Die Terrasse ist extrem gemütlich und obendrauf sehr ruhige Umgebung. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen :-).
