This modern duplex is just 10 metres from Lake Maggiore, and sleeps up to 6 people in comfort.

The spacious apartment has two balconies overlooking the lake and the mountains beyond. The living/dining room has double glass doors out on to the balcony where a table and chairs mean that guests can enjoy drinks with a view. The living room is furnished with a stylish sofa, large flat-screen TV plus a dining table and chairs. The separate, ultra-modern, kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and double French windows out onto a balcony with lake views.
Bedroom 2: A light and airy bedroom with two single beds and a large wardrobe. This room has beautiful views over the lake.
Bedroom 3: This third bedroom has a single bed, with a second, pull out, single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom has a full bath with shower head, basin and WC, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Location
In the centre of Brissago, the apartment is surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. The town has everything guests need for a relaxed holiday. On the western shore of Lake Maggiore, Brissago’s ferry terminal allows visitors easy access to the lake and the famous Brissago Islands. With their sub-tropical botanical gardens and restaurants, they make a great day trip.

For more adventurous guests, there are many activities in the area including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and swimming in the lake.

The closest international airport is in Italy, Milan Malpensa 1 hour 45 minutes by car.
