"The apartment is newly furnished and supplied with new linens, kitchenware and essentials. I stayed during December and the windows and fans were enough to be very comfortable even though this is a downstairs apartment. Comfortbaly accommodates two."

"All the bad: difficult to find since the place is not very obviously marked, so my Uber driver and I had to deduce where it was. This is me saying this because I just moved here to Australia. The grass was a little tall when I arrived, but it did get mown the next day after I got there. Construction is ongoing a few doors down, so you'll have the occasional sounds. Otherwise, it's a quiet complex. One giant cockroach popped up in the walls on my first night out, but it was never seen again...

"This property is everything the listing says but more. It is lovely and bright, has great cross ventilation, the pool area is lovely with a big grassy area, bbqs and tables. Everything is secure, parking is easy. The location is perfect has great access to West End and an easy walk or ferry to the city or South Bank. The host communicates the right amount and is contactable if needed. The check in info and procedure was amazing. We love this place and have recommended it to family already."

"This so called accommodation was by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. We reluctantly stayed because we had no where else to go. From the start, the key was not available to pick up so we had to wait for someone to drop the key off and no linen/ towels were provided for 2 of the beds. When we walked in the unit was filthy, smelt of cigarette smoke, fridge was turned off and stank, there was no kettle, no cups, no cutlery and microwave was filthy. The bathroom was a bigger disaster...
