You can truly take advantage of the best that Brisbane has to offer as the neighbourhood also contains markets, bottle shops, museums, galleries, and plenty of specialty shops all within walking distance including woolworths supermarket and
South Brisbane Train Station across the road. 30 minutes from Brisbane Airport.

There is a dedicated parking space for this unit and easily accessible with a remote control.

NOTE:

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $35 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
