The combined living and dining room is over 30m2! a great space and plenty of seating for everyone. Huge sofa and a dining table for 8. The Unit is filled by natural light and has great ventilation with large windows and doors at the front and back allowing a sea breeze to move through all day and night.
The Bathroom and Kitchen are very large and very well outfitted with just about everything you need to live on Straddie let alone just a holiday.
Islander 21 was renovated and re furnished in August 2019 with all new furniture, bedding, dining table for 8 inside and a 6 seater next to the electric grill, outside. New fridge, washing machine and dryer - almost everything!
The two bedrooms are both Air conditioned with brand new air conditioning units installed in 2019.
The unit has NBN and wifi supplied.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and large sliding doors to the front balcony to catch the sound of the waves and sea breezes. The second bedroom also has a separate smart TV and DVD player ,charging points and double and single bed in a new stylish bunk bed set up, perfect for families or friends.
In November 2020, an exclusive to Unit 21 games room was completed, which is perfect for rainy days. This is located next to the garage and has a giant black board and a full size table tennis table.
The beds are all made up hotel style so that all you need to do is arrive and relax!
