"4 Billa Street" is just a very short distance away from the Straddie Hotel and an easy walk to Beaches, Cafes, shops and public transport.
The beach view is spectacular from the ground floor living area, patio and upstairs master bedroom. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 2 singles. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine floor above the lounge and the 2 single beds share the laundry. The queen bedroom downstairs has air conditioning.

FEATURES of the house are: water and beach views, close proximity to shops, beaches and cafes, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dishwasher, clothes dryer, NBN, 65" smart TV, outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Beautiful location and an amazing property with everything you could need, including a fire pit. Only criticism is that the house desperately needs a good clean. We’d still come back for sure.

Cylinder Beach Stay
The A Frame is a cute beach house that is in a fantastic location and amazing views. Across the road from cylinder beach and the straddie pub. We thought the location was fantastic. Over easter we paid premium prices to stay and will say that based on the cost expected the place to be cleaner (cobwebs on most of the ceilings for example), the oven didn't work and the dishwasher stopped working on our last day. It needs a good spring clean and maybe updated linens is all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this house and its location. Shame it hasn’t been cleaned for years. Had to call agent about Wifi which was not existent or poor. Didn’t get a commitment to solving the problem. Rent is very high (most I’ve paid on Straddie) so expected a clean house with wifi. Would also be great if dogs were allowed (provided renters know it’s unfenced) Despite these issues, love the house

Reviewer Comments: Lovely beach house ... enjoyed our stay.. the property really needs pest control, cockroaches in abundance, lots of maintenance and definitely a deep clean, it seems to only get a basic clean in between guests... but it’s in a great location and really private.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With overgrown bushes it was awkward getting in and out of the driveway with cars . They scraped the roof of the car each time we entered or exited. The doona covers needed a wash with marks on them makeup and gekko poo on them . Gekkos were in abundance in this property as were spiders and cockroaches. The lighting was very dark - difficult to see at night . Not enough fans in the living / dining area . The third bedroom was part of the laundry. Water poured in from the gaps in the door when it rained. Location was great but I think a fair bit of maintenance needs to be had.

Great view, unique house in a good location

Nice to have a fire in the pit outside with plenty wood. Dark throughout the house with black tiles and dark wood. Only one toilet roll, so make sure you take extraKitchen is reasonably complete with most things you need. Very dusty with cobwebs on the walls and cockroaches throughout the kitchen.Beds and linen were comfortable. Beach towels not provided.

Great position
This is the perfect spot for walking to cylinder or home beach with kids. Easy walk to pub too. Beautiful view. Was well stocked with coffee machine (not listed) and lots of crockery and glasses etc. Has a great little fire pit. Was clean enough but could do with a decobweb and dust. Outside table and chairs took a fair bit of time to get clean enough to use. Towels and sheets a bit stained. In saying that would still stay again just don't expect fancy.
