The Main Bedroom is located at the back of the house, flows off the dining area, and features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, Walk-in robe, and ensuite.
Middle Bedroom is located off the hallway in the center of the house.
Features a Double bed, ceiling fan & built-in robe.
At the front of the house, you will find a bedroom which features a Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in robe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic utensils and cooking supplies you'll need during your stay.
To help you get settled on your first day, we've also provided some complimentary condiments and basic essentials for any additional supplies, you can visit the local shopping center, where you'll find everything, you need for your stay.
Conveniently adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, making it easy to serve and enjoy meals together.
The lounge room is next to the dining area, providing a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends.
Please note that the TV is not a smart TV. We have provided an HDMI cord if you wish to attach your own device to access any of your personal TV accounts.
The back patio offers a wonderful extension of the indoor living area, which provides an outdoor table and chairs for meals, relaxation or socialising.
Guests will have the entire home to use except the lock-up garage.
There is enough parking in the driveway for two small cars and ample street parking.

No Pets Policy
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no pets policy.
Pets are prohibited in the home or yard unless you can provide an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter from a licensed mental health professional (LMHP).

If you are found to have breached this rule, you will be reported to Airbnb and charged additional cleaning fees. If the pet causes damage, you will be held accountable for the repair costs.
