This stunning home was built in 2014 and boasts multiple living areas spread over 2 levels. It includes 5 bedrooms with built ins, 3 bathrooms, and an outdoor kitchen and bar area. The swimming pool is solar heated with built in spa. The gas firepit will keep you toasty warm by the pool, even in the dead of winter - ensuring year round enjoyment. There is also a separate hot tub which is heated to a steamy 35degrees
The property is fully fenced and secure. There is an astro-turfed play area in the front including a sand-pit and tree house for the kids as well as sitting area for grown ups.
The ground floor of the home has the kitchen, formal living area and a casual living area as well as a 10 person dining room over looking the pool. Bifold doors open out to a large covered timber deck with another dining table, fan and dimmable lighting. Balinese water feature including lights and statues can run whenever you're out here and is very soothing under the bamboo canopy. Beyond this is the pool area with hot tub, swimming pool and spa. 8 burner BBQ and outdoor kitchen is housed here with a full wet-bar setup. Fairy lights kick in at dusk. A beautiful gas fire-pit is also located here to keep you warm after dark. A powerful Sonos sound system can play all your favourite jams while you relax out here by the pool with a cool drink.
The kitchen is fully appointed with smeg appliances including a massive fridge freezer, chilled water and ice maker. Full dishwasher, microwave and 900mm oven and stove. The all important high quality coffee machine is also supplied along with enough fresh beans for your stay!
Upstairs we have a desk area for checking emails and the media room with large flat screen TV, Fetch TV, Netflix, Documentary Channels, xBox, etc. There are also 5 bedrooms on this level, all with built in robes. The master suite has a walk-in robe and ensuite as well as a king size double bed. The other 3 bedrooms have double beds and the remaining 2 bedrooms have bunks for the kids. The master bed has its own private balcony and the media room and kid's room have access to the main balcony with stunning views of the Port Of Brisbane and Gateway.
There is also a main bathroom on the second floor including shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet.
There is a secure double garage you can use to store your vehicles as needed, additional vehicles can also be parked on the driveway, allowing for upto 4 off-street car spots. On-street parking is also free and available.
A fully equipped laundry is available on the ground floor with huge 16kg washer, drier and clothes line around the side.
Full access to the home, gardens and garage (there is a small locked garden shed which holds the equipment we use service and clean, but trust me, there's nothing exciting in there :)).
I live about 800 meters away. Close enough to be there in a jiffy if you need me, but far enough away that I won't be in your way, you wont see me unless you need me :)
This is a fantastic neighbourhood!!! Everything you need is literally at your door step.
The home is situated on a quiet, leafy street. On the other side of the same block you'll find Hop & Vine: a classy little liquor store with a great selection of beer, wine and spirits; Next to that is The Racing Cafe: a beautiful equestrian themed cafe open 6 days that does great barrister coffee and breakfast wraps to die for (trust me!); Next to that is The Sizzling Tandore: An amazingly good Indian curry place that does caters for dine-in with a beautiful ambience, or take-away; 2 massage spas, and a hair salon are also found here.
Virtually out the front of the home there is also a snack bar (The Feed Bin, also equestrian themed... it's a pattern here), a post office, general store and news agency on the corner. There's 2 more snack bars / cafes (The Tuck Shop and Brick House) on the next corner so heaps of places for casual breakfasts, lunches, coffee in the immediately adjacent streets. The food is seriously good at all of them.
400 meters away, you have the brand new entrance to the Eagle Farm Race Course. Set in the luscious green grounds of Ascot's most prestigious race course, you'll find a fully stocked Woolworths for your supplies, as well as loads of speciality stores, restaurants, bars and cafes.
At the other end of Eagle Farm Race Course, lies the famous Race Course road, where you will encounter a gamut of bars, restaurants and boutiques... this stretches all the way to Portside. So the variety of food, drink and shopping options in this neighbourhood is almost endless.
There's a bus stop on the corner. Hendra Train station is a 600 meter walk. You have the city cats running from the end of Race Course Road. The Airport is a 15 minute drive away of course, and due to its close proximity there's ALWAYS an abundance of uber drivers and cabs cruising around. It couldn't be easier to get around. There's a couple of bikes available for use in the garage too.

This is a quiet, safe, family-friendly residential area and we, our neighbours and local council will not tolerate noise, violence, or antisocial behaviour.
We have a zero tolerance policy for parties or loud/disruptive behaviour. There must be no outside noise after 10pm, if neighbours contact me with sound complaints, police will be called, all guests will be evicted immediately, no refunds will be given and bond will be forfeited. Please see accommodation elsewhere if you plan to throw parties.
